With the development of educational information and educational technology,digital teaching resources are becoming increasingly diversified and people attach more importance to it.As a small and incomplete school located in remote rural areas,rural teaching sites have been playing a significant role in popularizing compulsory education in rural areas and students going to school nearly.In order to achieve educational equity and balanced development,digital teaching resources have been conveyed or introduced into rural teaching points by the east wind of informatization.However,the actual application of digital teaching resources in rural teaching points still needs further investigation and research.Therefore,based on the actual situation of rural teaching sites in Ningxia,this study investigates the current situation of the application of digital teaching resources in rural teaching sites in Ningxia,analyzes the problems and causes,and puts forward strategies and suggestions for optimizing the application of digital resources in teaching sites.Purpose of this study adopts stratified sampling and random sampling method,on the basis of counties and districts in Ningxia rural places of informatization level of development,according to the strong,the selection principle,difference in typical rural school launches the research,and by using questionnaire survey and classroom observation,interviews,communication,comprehensive understanding of rural school,the application of the digital teaching resources,optimizing the Ningxia rural places of digital teaching resources construction and application has important reference value.This study is mainly composed of the following parts:First,through literature research and Delphi method,build in Ningxia rural places of digitized teaching resources application framework,including the application of digital instructional resource environment,teachers,and teachers’ information literacy,the condition of application of the digital teaching resources,the difficulty of digital instructional resource application level and demand of five dimensions and the number of secondary and tertiary dimension.This framework is the basis and basis for the later investigation.Secondly,according to the survey framework,questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation scales are designed to carry out field surveys,and the survey framework is improved again to understand the problems of the application of digital teaching resources in rural teaching sites in Ningxia.The main manifestations are as follows:(1)The application supporting environment of digital teaching resources is weak;(2)It is difficult for teachers to acquire digital teaching resources;(3)It is difficult to bring forth the new from the old,and the "bringing doctrine" is serious;(4)Teachers have a bias in understanding the application of digital teaching resources.Accorded to the condition of Ningxia region and the above problems,the reasons for these problems are as follows:(1)The construction of digital campus has lag and incompleteness;(2)The information leadership of principals in teaching sites is weak;(3)Lack of support and service from technical personnel and information technology team;(4)Lack of application ability of teachers’ digital teaching resources;(5)Lack of internal development motivation of information literacy for teachers and students;(6)information training can not meet the actual needs and so on.Thirdly,in view of the above problems and reasons,combined with the development trend of educational informatization in Ningxia,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies for the application of digital teaching resources in Ningxia rural teaching points:(1)all parties should work together to improve the supporting environment of rural teaching points’ informatization;(2)To strengthen the teaching staff and solve the problem of weak teaching staff in teaching sites;(3)Establish an informational team to carry out school-based research and training in depth;(4)Constantly improve the information literacy of teachers and students,and strengthen the application ability of digital teaching resources;(5)Multiple measures should be taken to carry out teacher training to meet the training needs of teachers in teaching sites.In addition,detailed solutions to specific problems are proposed in the optimization strategy in order to promote the development and effective application of digital teaching resources in rural teaching sites in Ningxia. |
