China's Ministry of education in order to further implement the "education should be oriented to modernization,the world and the strategic guiding ideology for the future",put forward the strategy of balanced development of compulsory education,rural basic education in an important position in China's basic education,much attention of the party and the state,in order to ensure that school-age children enjoy compulsory education rights,have to part of the school will be converted into a teaching point,for some students to solve the school is far away,the traffic safety problems,at the same time,students of family economic burden,but also to the national education more money into practice.To teach children as an important part of rural compulsory education,influence and restrict the process of the balanced development of compulsory education,education quality fit and unfit quality directly affects the level of the education development of the whole nation.The ministry of education in 2012 the ministry of education launched the\"teach digital education resources for the whole project," for the school is equipped with digital education resource receiving and playing device,distribution of high quality digital education resources,basically solved the rural school education resources,the present situation of the modern education means a single,make rural schools also can enjoy the high quality teaching resources,digital education resources to carry out the teaching organization school application,gradually improve the present situation of the part of the course prescribed by the state long-term vacancy,configuration and application of digital education resources has greatly changed the informatization education block and a series of problems,to promote the education quality of teaching played a very big.This study analyzes the current situation of teaching based on digital education resources at home and abroad through literature research methods,and the survival and development strategies of small-scale schools under the guidance of cognitive constructivist learning theory,cooperative learning,and collaborative learning theory.This paper analyzes the factors of the use of digital education resources and the platform structure of the "total coverage project of digital education resources in teaching points",as well as the role and limitations of digital education resources on teaching points.Then,according to the actual situation of using the existing digital education resources in our district,this paper summarizes some rules,methods and principles of using the existing digital education resources in the classroom teaching of various subjects in our country.In order to further analyze and solve the problems existing in the classroom teaching based on digital education resources in teaching points,and to discuss the effective application of digital education resources in teaching points,I conducted a survey and study on the use of digital education resources in teaching sites in rural schools in County Y,and conducted a study on the use and construction of resources such as language,language,and beauty,through classroom records,classroom observations,and after-school interviews.From this,we understand that some teachers in our district have problems with the effective use of digital education resources,and try to find a set of more practical management methods:Establish a professional team to promote the effective application of digital education resources.The team seeks the support of various departments,coordinates various departments and schools,organizes training work,develops and shares resources,and builds a platform for promoting the effective application of digital education resources.This study has influeneed the digital education resources to the teaching points,provided detailed strategies for teachers to use the digital education resources effectively,and summed up and explored the strategies and management to promote the effective application of digital education resources.It has certain guiding significance to the future research and practice.
