With the explosive growth of the Internet and the rapid decline of the cost of information and communication technology,educational informatization has become one of the strategic centers of education in China.While China has made great efforts to promote educational informatization in China,it has also spawned another important impetus to realize educational informatization,namely digital education resources.With the slogan of "Internet + Education" innovation action,the wave of construction and application of digital education resources has been set off,so that digital education resources are gradually implemented and widely recognized by the society in the process of continuous advancement.The backbone of the in-depth development of education informatization,while supporting the systematic reform of education.However,compared with its achievements in construction,It is weak in the teaching application and service ability,which cannot be avoided in reality.As a major country in the development of educational informatization,the United States has made obvious achievements in the development of its digital education resources.The Engage NY platform is one of the first efforts of the United States to create a unified standard of open and shared digital education resources.It has won the support and trust of users in its development.Its effects in teaching are obvious to all.It is an American digital education resource.A strong representative of deep integration into teaching.Engage NY platform's efforts in resource development and teaching application are of great significance for China to realize open and shared digital education resources,improve its service capacity,and promote its deep integration into teaching.The main body of this research is composed of five parts.The first part mainly explains the background of the creation of the Engage NY platform.The beginning is the current era of digitalization,which has brought a strong impact on reform of basic education in the United States.The second is the continuous release of digital education resource policies in the United States,which brings opportunities for the construction of the Engage NY platform.Finally,the disadvantages of the traditional digital education resource platform in the United States.And the dilemma is increasingly prominent as the direct reason for the establishment of the Engage NY platform.The second part briefly introduces the core elements of the Engage NY platform.First of all,introducing the clients of Engage NY platform.K-12 teachers are the core service objects of the platform because of their indispensable protagonists in teaching.It also includes K-12 school principals and student parents.Then,explaining the core design concept of the platform.Last,briefly describing the functional positioning of the platform.Through the elaboration of this part,you can have a deeper understanding of the platform.The third and fourth parts are the focus of this study.The third part discusses the resource development of the Engage NY platform,focusing on the developers,resource type,quality assurance,and copyright construction in the resource development process.Through these four aspects,the resource quality of the platform is guaranteed,and it becomes the bottom card for the platform to be promoted.The fourth part writes the teaching application of digital education resources on Engage NY platform.After combining its coincidence with the knowledge management theory,the knowledge management theory is used to design the application path of the platform resources.Finally,the effectiveness and challenges of the platform resources in the teaching application are summarized,and a bridge is built for the exploration of the fifth part of experience.The fifth part is the enlightenment of Engage NY platform resource development and teaching application to our country,that is,our country's basic education digital education resource platform should try to form resource design and curriculum standards in parallel;team professionalism and resource quality are equal;copyright protection and resource sharing are both;Resource feedback and resource regeneration go hand in hand;the development path of platform promotion and resource integration into teaching goes hand in hand,and finally the digital education resource service capability is continuously enhanced to promote the deep integration of digital education resources and teaching.
