In the new era the party and the state attach great importance to red culture,and make an important discussion on the related issues of red culture,especially to promote the inheritance and education of red culture to an important height The red culture of Ningxia,as mentioned in this paper,is the sum of material culture and spiritual culture formed by the Communist Party of China in the new democratic period leading the masses of Ningxia people to carry out revolutionary activities.Ningxia red culture contains rich national spirit penetration,national unity demonstration,ideal and belief guidance,moral sentiment cultivation and other educational values,which is a high-quality resource for the construction of the "three complete education" system in the new era.The purpose of this paper is to explore the optimization path of the combination of theory and practice.This paper,through the research and analysis of the connotation,value and characteristics of Ningxia red culture and "three education" in Colleges and universities,thinks that it is necessary and compatible to integrate Ningxia red culture into the "three education of all people".The integration of them is the political requirement of establishing morality and cultivating new people in the era,and also a strategic consideration for building a cultural power.Ningxia University has made some achievements in the process of integrating red culture into the system of "three education",but there are also some problems.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing problems and reasons,the paper explores the optimization path of Ningxia red culture integration into the "three education" system.Through the integration of teams,effective connection and multi-party linkage,Ningxia red culture can be integrated into the whole staff,the whole process and all-round education.
