| Continuously optimizing the overall quality of China’s human resources team will inject lasting impetus into China’s modernization with a huge population scale,and also put forward new requirements for the high-quality development of the teaching team.Therefore,how to optimize the allocation of internal components of higher education and promote the improvement of talent training quality to meet the needs of social diversification while rationally planning the scale of development is an important proposition for the connotative development of higher education.This paper uses the research methods of literature method,text analysis method and rooted theory,and conducts research with the overall idea of background analysis,literature combing,policy analysis,text analysis,comparative research,rooted theory,and model optimization.The text analysis is based on grasping the common understanding of talent training,in-depth analysis of the systematic concept of Ningxia college physical education professional training program in talent training,rooted theoretical analysis is to conduct in-depth interviews with managers and educated,grasp the talent training orientation and process effect,grasp the current situation of Ningxia college physical education professional talent training from the aspects of talent training system concept and education effect,and put forward the optimization strategy of talent training modeThe results are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the systematic conception of talent training,physical education majors in Ningxia colleges and universities emphasize the career-oriented orientation on the basis of emphasizing the target orientation of application-oriented sports talent training.It shows the basic and diversified characteristics in the training specifications of students’ quality,knowledge and ability structure.However,there are some problems in the construction of curriculum system,such as the lack of combination of education and specialty,the lack of distinctive specialty and regional characteristics,and the unreasonable curriculum structure.(2)From the perspective of the process effect of talent training,there are mainly development dilemmas such as concept dilemmas,curriculum dilemmas,resource dilemmas and management dilemmas.Conceptual dilemma refers to paying attention to the development of professional theoretical knowledge and special skills while ignoring the systematic development of teaching ability.Curriculum dilemma is the lack of curriculum diversity,teacher education curriculum and professional curriculum,and the effect of education practice needs to be improved.Resource dilemma refers to that the basic sports facilities and teachers are affected by projects and seasons,and the overall performance is insufficient construction,which is difficult to meet the needs of students’ professional development and sustainable development.Management dilemma refers to the problems existing in colleges and universities,such as unreasonable evaluation system,nonstandard process supervision system and imperfect evaluation feedback system,and quality management needs to be improved.(3)The optimization of the training mode of physical education talents in colleges and universities in Ningxia mainly includes:focusing on the needs of the society,establishing a vertical management communication mechanism with government departments as the leading part,higher education as the main part,and primary and secondary schools as the main position with the participation of multiple subjects at the social vertical level;Optimize the curriculum system and establish a cross-disciplinary education platform of mutual benefit and cooperation at the horizontal level of the university;At the level of condition guarantee,it insists on promoting resource integration;at the horizontal level,it promotes the resource allocation platform with multi-subject participation under the leadership of the government;at the vertical level,it establishes the cooperative education mode of school,teachers and students at three levels.At the level of quality management,it adheres to the principle of continuous improvement and establishes a comprehensive evaluation and feedback mechanism with multi-subject participation. |
