The Research On The Integration Of The Spirit Of Scientists Into The "Three Complete Education" In Colleges And Universities

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,many scientists have cherished the world and aspired to serve the country,and have made many remarkable achievements in the history of national construction and development.They have interpreted the noble feelings and excellent qualities of scientists with practical actions.In September 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping formally proposed the spirit of scientists with "patriotism,innovation,truth-seeking,collaboration,dedication,and education" as the core content,and advocated that this new era of scientists’ spirit should be vigorously promoted and practiced.On September 29,2021,the first batch of the spirit of scientists was included in the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists.College students are the first resource of precious talents,the hope of national rejuvenation,and the living force for the country to achieve the "two centenary goals".Colleges and universities are the main positions,channels,and classrooms for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,and they are responsible for extremely important ideological and political work.The spirit of scientists contains rich connotations of the times and elements of education,which can play a leading role in the value of college students.From the perspective of "three complete education ",this paper studies the current situation and problems in the cultivation of the spirit of scientists in colleges and universities,explores a new way to integrate the cultivation of the spirit of scientists into the "three-integrity education",and provides a new perspective for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The article is mainly divided into four parts:The first part,the introduction,expounds the proposition of the thesis,the significance of the research,the research status,research methods and innovations of the spirit of scientists at home and abroad and the "three complete education" in colleges and universities.The second part is mainly to sort out and interpret the basic theoretical issues of the scientist’s spirit and "three complete education",and to sort out the relationship between the two.Firstly,it expounds the academic definition and the connotation of the times of the scientist’s spirit.Secondly,it defines the connotation of "three complete education",and separately from the whole staff education,the whole process education,the all-round education,and the relationship between the various parts.Explain the relationship between the scientist’s spirit and the "three complete education",and finally expound the theoretical basis for the scientist’s spirit to be integrated into the "three complete education ".The third part sums up the problems existing in the cultivation of the spirit of scientists in colleges and universities,and analyzes the causes of these problems from the three dimensions of "three complete education ".The fourth part explores the spiritual cultivation path of scientists in colleges and universities from the perspective of "three complete education ".The author starts from the three dimensions of the "three complete education".The first is to focus on educating all staff to form a work force for the cultivation of scientists’ spirituality.The second is to promote the whole process of educating people and realize the effective connection of scientists’ spiritual cultivation.Finally,I build an all-round education and create a diverse pattern of scientists’ spiritual cultivation.
