A Study On The Freshmen’s Adaptation Of Ethnic Minority Universities In Ningxia From The Perspective Of "Three Complete Education"

In the new era,the fundamental task of moral education is to solve the fundamental problem of College Students’ Ideological and political education.In order to solve the problem of "cultivating for people,what kind of people and how to cultivate people",Xi Jinping,general secretary,emphasized that we should realize"three all-round education" and give the spirit of education to China’s socialist ideology in the new era,and form a new mode of educating people with all their abilities,educating people in a whole process and educating people in an all-round way.The study of the adaptability of college students from ethnic minorities under the perspective of "Three-All-round Education" has important theoretical significance and practical value.Minority college freshmen are elite groups of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions.They carry the hope of the nation and the future of ethnic regions.It is very important for them to adapt well in learning,life,interpersonal,and psychological aspects after entering colleges.This paper takes ethnic minority college students in Ningxia universities as the research object,and based on systematically combing the characteristics of minority college freshmen in Ningxia colleges and universities,and the concepts and contents of admission adaptation,conducts a survey of the status quo of Ningxia university freshmen’s admission adaptation from the perspective of "Three All-round Education".the study.The study found that Ningxia colleges and universities strive to achieve full participation,follow up the whole process,and make all-round efforts in the adaptation of minority college freshmen by organizing intensive education and training,launching enrichment of campus cultural activities,and broadening the channels and methods of admissions adaptation education..However,some ethnic minority college freshmen in Ningxia universities still suffer from maladjustment in terms of living environment,learning style,interpersonal environment,and psychological changes.This is not only due to ethnic minority college freshmen themselves and their parents,but also colleges and social environment..Under the vision of "Three All-round Education",Ningxia colleges and universities should enrich the contingent of minority college freshmen to adapt and educate people,establish a minority college freshman admission adaptation system covering the undergraduate level,and explore the multi-party linkage system and mechanism for minority college freshmen’s admission adaptation.,Promote minority college freshmen to better adapt to university life.
