| In recent years,with the accelerating pace of urbanization in our country,a large number of rural population are streaming into the city.At the same time,large numbers of rural students,including many high-quality students with parents’ migration or migrant workers,flow to cities and towns,which not only caused a sharp drop in rural school class size,but also led to the decrease of the quality of the students.The college entrance examination in China’s current policy has little effect on the learning in Elementary School,which makes the rural primary school students erosion prominent.Although the physical form of the small-class teaching rural primary school has naturally formed,the small-class education ideology is far from to follow.Compared to the Quality Education or Personalized Education implemented by the European and American developed country or the good economic development cities of our country,the rural small-class teaching is a kind of helpless and passive choice,which is quite different from the true sense of the small-class education.The emergence of rural small class does not bring what we expect to significantly improve students’ achievements and enhance the development of comprehensive qualities.China’s contemporary rural small-class education is just a comic idea which it is difficult to make tangible.Based on the above reasons,the purpose of this paper is to put forward the management strategy which can help the comprehensive development of rural small-class education by analyzing the present situation of rural small-class teaching so that it can make the development of personality and the fairness of education realized.This paper takes five primary schools,which are located in Wuheng village,Yixiu District,Anqing City,Anhui Province,as the research object.Based on the concrete implementation of the small-class teaching of Wuheng Primary School at Wuheng village,the point of the paper is to investigate and analyze the current situation and the characteristics of small-class education.It is crucial that the current content on the paper be reformed in addition to other effective solutions on teaching,management and operation strategy by reflecting and analyzing theoretically toimplement the rural small-class education.The thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,in which the related concepts of this article are defined,and the study of the small-class education at home and abroad are summarized.In the second chapter,the cause of the characteristics of the rural small-class are analyzed clearly from the formation background,teachers’ consciousness,parents’ and students quality.In the third chapter,the author makes an investigation and analysis on current situation of small-class teaching at Wuheng Primary School.In chapter 4 and 5,effective teaching and management strategies have been put forward,in order to implement the rural small-class teaching and the new thoughts have been proposed to promote the continued development of the rural small-class education. |
