A Study On The Management Of Private College Students’ Apartments From The Perspective Of Three-tutor System

In December 2018,at the National Conference on Ideology and Politics Work in Colleges and Universities,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized what qualities college and university students should have,how to develop the qualities and their roles after graduation.Colleges and universities should improve the moral quality of students,so as to achieve full range of education and all-round education.Xi Jinping pointed out that it is the responsibility of colleges and universities to develop socialist builders and successors featuring all-round development in morality,intelligence,sports and aesthetics.Colleges and universities should strengthen their management,insist on problem orientation,carry forward the spirit of reform and innovation,and make substantial progress in enhancing ideology and politics education.All education management is for better education.Students learn and live in campus,so in the management of higher education,the education exists all the time.The management of student apartments in colleges and universities plays an important role to ensure students study and adapt to the society better,develop good behavior and habits,cultivate excellent quality of life,and improve life taste.Student apartment is the place where college students live for the longest time in campus,and is the best place to educate students.For a long time,most of the apartment management work are carried out by logistics departments or student work departments in colleges and universities.But the work are often ignored by the relevant departments.Logistics departments pay attention to management and service;student work departments pay attention to the student management of counselors.With the development of science and technology and the development of smart campus,the management of student apartments is becoming more and more intelligent,standardized,convenient and efficient.However,the cultural construction and ideology and politics education need to be improved.It is urgent to study the apartment management mode which is suitable for the students’ characteristics and solve this problem.This paper is based on practical work.The problems are found during work and they should be solved in the work.This paper studies the apartment management under the three-tutor system of Geely College,and analyzes the management problems through many ways,such as participating in management reform,field investigation,data analysis,interview,questionnaire survey,and learning from literature.The three-tutor system has achieved some achievements in apartment management.But there are some problems and difficulties during the implementation of the apartment management,which relate to daily management of the apartment,the students’ cognition,the mechanism,the construction of the teachers,the influence of the current education situation and so on.In order to explore the importance of apartment reform in Colleges and universities to education,with the application and practice of the three-tutor system,we actively explore the strategies to optimize the management of students’ apartments in private colleges and universities;Daily management as the basis of the implementation of the three mentors,increase hardware facilities,simplify the workflow;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and build a scientific management mode;We should promote the construction of apartment culture,cultivate patriotism,carry out moral education and social responsibility education,and guide students to develop good moral quality and behavior habits.We should really cultivate comprehensive talents who can adapt to the society.
