Ideological And Political Education Of College Students’ Apartment Management

College student apartment is an important place for students to study, live, play and communicate with others. Using scientific and humanized management, students could achieve the goals of self-education and self-service. With the innovation and development of logistic services in Colleges and universities, the ideological and political education has a certain practical significance in students’ apartment management.In the first part of the thesis, by comparing the situation of ideological and political education in students’ apartments at home and abroad, it summarized the development of ideological and political education at home and abroad and analyzed the development of ideological and political education at home as well as the problem which occurring during the development. Meantime, achievements of scholars at home and abroad are used as theoretical foundation for the research.In the second part, the current situation of ideological and political education in the management of Students’ Apartments is used as a start. Next, the function and characteristics of College Students’ apartment management is described. Based on the characteristics and functions of the management of College Students’ Apartments, it puts forward the great significance of cultivating the successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics and harmonious campus culture in the process of student apartment’s management which carry on the ideological and political education.The third part analyzed the current situations of ideological and political education in College Students’ Apartment management. The achievements include: University students’ apartment management model optimization; the form of ideological and political education of College Students’ apartments has increased. At the same time there are some problems: the cognition of knowledge about ideological and political education is weak; the method of ideological and political education is single and outdated; the team of ideological and political education within College Students’ Apartment is insufficient. In response to these issues, the analysis will be done from college, faculty and student themselves.The fourth part will find out the methods of strengthening the ideological and political education in college students’ apartment management based on the analysis of the previous problem.
