In recent years, professional identity of teachers have become the subject of independent study. In the field of teaching and teacher education, professional identity of teachers largely determined the teaching methods, the growth mode and attitudes towards education. In order to improve the quality of rural teachers and promote the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas, the state departments developed the Ad Hoc Post plan .This plan makes the Ad hoc post Teachers'as a newly emerging groups of teachers into the rural primary and middle schools. The conditions of the Ad Hoc post teachers'professional identity directly related to the smoothly implement of the plans, Therefore on the basis of understanding the present conditions of teacher's profession development and influencing factors of the profession, the study of professional identity of Ad Hoc post teachers'can offer reference for making the Teacher's policy and recruitment policies for the state departments.In order to evaluate the present state of Ad Hoc post teachers'profession identity, we chose about 129 Ad Hoc post teachers'in elementary schools and middle schools from 3 small cities in Gan Su province to do the investigation. The study takes the question-and-answer investigation as a mainpart, aside by talking, visiting and so on. We designed a research paper with seven factors, it consists of professional understanding, professional, emotion, professional treatment, professional expectations, professional competence, professional experience and professional sense towards techniques. The results reveal that the overall level of Gan Su Ad Hoc post teachers'professional identity is positive, there are significant differences in genders, education, and school type. Ad Hoc post teachers'professional identity is deeply influenced by their professional motivation and their satisfaction degrees on their salaries.In order to improved the Ad Hoc post teachers'professional identity, we must take effective measures. The measures include, enhancing teachers'satisfaction degress, Diluting "the role of stereotypes," of male teachers, easeing the negative emotions of teachers', selection of teachers accordancing with the Personality characteristics, strictly holding the pass of the motivation of entering teachering profession, in accordance with policy to solve the placement of teachers', build a prefect social support system, accelerate the professional improvement of them. In the end the author from the socio-cultural point of view further explained the reasons of impacting the formation of professional identity.
