For teachers' work,their professional identity will directly affect the working state and performance.The concept of professional identity can be intuitively understood as the recognition of teachers' own professional value and the degree of understanding of their own work significance.The degree of professional identity not only affects the enthusiasm of their teaching behavior,but also affects the development of teachers' own career and the long-term development of students.With the implementation of the "special post plan" in 2006,more and more college graduates come to teach in the poor areas of the central and western regions.As a new special group,special post teachers not only make up for the shortage of teachers in rural areas to a certain extent,expand the rural teachers' team,alleviate the current situation of structural imbalance,but also inject "fresh blood" and vitality into rural education,which greatly promotes the development of rural education and the improvement of rural education quality.However,special post teachers face many difficulties in the actual teaching life,such as remote geographical location,poor teaching environment and so on.These dilemmas will undoubtedly affect the identity of teachers in special posts and their retention at the end of their term,as well as the implementation effect of the "special post plan" and the development of rural basic education.Therefore,it is very important to study the professional identity of rural primary school teachers.Through literature research,case study and other research methods,this study takes D Central School of Henan Province as the research object to analyze the factors and existing problems that affect the professional identity of rural primary school special post teachers,find out the reasons why rural primary school special post teachers are unwilling to stay in office,and find solutions for them from the perspective of the state,society,school and individuals,so as to make them more enthusiastic and energetic Invest in rural education.
