With the deepening of education reform,the state,society,students and parents have higher and higher requirements for teachers’ work.As a special group of secondary vocational school teachers,because of the actual problems such as low working conditions and poor living conditions in the school,some teachers are prepared or are in contact with each other to transfer their main energy to teaching and scientific research,resulting in a situation of overstaffing;or they have too many social part-time jobs,which makes their time relatively tense and their energy is too scattered;There are also distractions due to overemphasizing teaching tasks,coping with various examinations,improving academic qualifications and promoting professional titles.Their work pressure is also increasing.According to the survey,the working enthusiasm of secondary vocational teachers in China is not high.In the developed areas in the south,under the pressure of teachers,one third of teachers have the desire to give up the teaching profession because of the high work pressure and low salary.They also said that if they can get equal wage work,they are willing to change careers or choose to leave the platform.In the past year or two,there have been more and more such phenomena around us.Although most secondary vocational school teachers are active and conscientious in their work,there are also some teachers who are not enthusiastic in their work,lack of self-improvement,lack of passion and slack in their work,which leads to the dissatisfaction of students and parents,disharmony between teachers and students,and tension between family and school In the long run,it will seriously hinder the development of teachers,students and schools.In this regard,this study will study the current situation of teachers’ work enthusiasm in Helong city * vocational and technical school.Through literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and data analysis method,relevant literature is consulted and data analysis is carried out.From the four dimensions of work motivation,work goal,work emotion and work will,the current situation of teachers’ work enthusiasm in Longshi * vocational and technical school is analyzed.Through the investigation,the teachers’ work enthusiasm of L secondary vocational and technical school in Helong city is at a good level,but there are still some problems in the teachers’ work enthusiasm of L secondary vocational and technical school in Helong city: Firstly,most teachers have clear working motivation and low professional identity;Second,the work goals of new teachers are not clear;Third,they are not interested in various activities and work organized by the school and lack enthusiasm;Fourth,the lack of perseverance and determination to overcome difficulties.This study analyzes the causes of the problems in the status quo of teachers’ work enthusiasm from four aspects: society,school,teachers and students.Finally,according to the problems and reasons of teachers’ work enthusiasm in L secondary vocational and technical school of Helong City,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions from the perspective of school management: first,improve the quality of school managers,improve the management concept and reasonably arrange work tasks;second,formulate reasonable and transparent professional title evaluation;third,meet the needs of different teachers,improve the enthusiasm of teachers;fourth,strengthen students’ education and improve their comprehensive quality. |
