Primary school teachers are the main force in teaching works, so how the working enthusiasm of teachers is called into play, which would determine the quality and effectiveness of school works. However, primary school teachers now have shown obvious signs of job burnout, more than half of teachers felt very tired. In addition, enthusiasm of teachers may directly affect the school management and relate to improving the quality of school teaching, it also can restrict the development of mental health of teachers, as a result, which will directly affect the stability of teachers career choices and mobility.Therefore, school works should focus on eliminating job burnout of teachers and bestirring their positivity at the present time. This paper on the "two-factor theory of motivation" of primary school teachers of their initiative.Based on Two-factor Theory of Encourage, this thesis analyzes the factors which impact on enthusiasm of teachers. Research result is effectively supported by huge of data which come from questionnaire. Object of this investigation is 115 teachers come from Yuhua district primary schools in Shijiazhuang city. The classification of motivator and hygiene factors has been newly discussed through the research on some factors which have effect on enthusiasm of teaching work. The structure of motivator and hygiene factors focus on Yuhua District primary school teachers is analyzed and draws a research conclusion. It is expressed that, as far as promoting working effectiveness be concerned, motivator factor is more important tphraonp o hrtyiognie n oef, p rMimaateryri a slc hnoeoeld st e aocfh eprrsi mgrouped into eight categories, reached a different gender, age, title of primary school teachers on the importance of the various positive factors there is perceived Obvious differences, we find that the work of teachers is still in the low state of enthusiasm, has a great incentive space.Therefore recommended that school administrators in mobilizing the enthusiasm of primary school teachers when the teachers themselves should pay attention to combining the characteristics of different incentives.
