Research On The Influence Of Asian Naturalized Players On The Competitive Ability Of Football Team Based On TOPSIS

Today,with the development of information technology,the communication between countries is becoming more and more frequent.Politics,economy,culture and sports are all in the process of global communication.The nationality issue is more open,so that talents in various fields can flow around the world,and sports talents are no exception.The flow of athletes has become the trend of sports globalization.Naturalization refers to a person ’ s voluntary and active acquisition of the nationality of other countries.Domesticated football players are not new products.As early as 1967,Japan took the lead in starting the road of domestication So far more than two-thirds of the national football teams in Asia have domesticated football players,and Qatar won the championship of the 2019 UAE Asian Cup by relying on domesticated football players.What is the impact of naturalized players on the team ’ s competitive ability?Through the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the teams with naturalized players in the 2019 UAE Asian Cup.Firstly,it analyzes the history,current situation and characteristics of naturalized players in Asia.Secondly,it uses TOPSIS method to process the game data of local players and naturalized players,and analyzes the competitive characteristics of local players and naturalized players.Finally,it studies the influence of naturalized players on the team’s competition performance,team cohesion and youth training system.Combined with the current domestication status in China,firstly,the selection index system of Chinese imported naturalized athletes is established through the analytic hierarchy process,which can be used as the reference standard for the future introduction of naturalized players;secondly,the coordinated development of China ’s domestication and youth training;finally,the establishment of a reasonable player flow system.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the use of naturalized players has become a very common phenomenon in Asia.At present,the naturalized players introduced from these countries have similar characteristics,mainly with the characteristics of short position,young players and national identity.(2)Through TOPSIS analysis,the competitive level of naturalized players is higher than that of local players.The individual competitive ability of naturalized players is very outstanding and plays a very obvious role in the team.(3)Asian naturalized players improve the overall competitive level of the team,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of sports performance,the enhancement of team cohesion and the construction of auxiliary youth training system.Through the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)At present,the selection standard of Chinese naturalized players is mainly to introduce players with high competitive level,aiming at rapidly improving the competitive level of Chinese team.(2)In the process of naturalization,China should formulate a reasonable player flow mechanism,not only to "bring in" excellent players,but also to encourage them to "go out ".(3)While developing domesticated players,China still needs to focus on youth training,which is the cornerstone of the long-term development of football.(4)For the naturalized players,we should pay attention to the cultivation of their national consciousness,and help the naturalized players quickly integrate into the big family of China.
