Analysis Of The Phenomenon Of Naturalization In Asian Basketball Matches And Its Enlightenment To The Chinese Men's Basketball Team

Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,more and more attention has been paid to the naturalized players in sports under the background of globalization.In the Asian basketball field,Western Asia,Southeast Asia and other countries through the naturalization policy to enhance the overall strength of competitive sports,and rely on naturalized players to achieve excellent performance in a short time.Three important basketball tournament in Asia are: basketball Asian cup,the Asian games,basketball Ya Ju Bei,including basketball Ya Ju Bei for naturalization players participating in the race is Asia club did not demand,basketball in both national level and the Asian games Asian cup group belong to different RACES,so there is a difference on player naturalized requirements.This paper studies the naturalization phenomenon in Asian basketball events.Take the Asian men’s basketball national team.Through the method of literature,inductive analysis,comparative study and data statistics,this paper analyzes the naturalization policies of FIBA,Olympic Games,Asian Games and Asian Cup,and studies the results of naturalized players in Asian Cup and Asian Cup matches.On this basis,the introduction of naturalized Chinese men’s basketball players to carry out targeted analysis,and put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.hrough this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of relevant laws and regulations concerning the naturalization policies of Asian basketball competitions,the Asian Cup shall refer to the naturalization policies of FIBA and the Asian Games to the naturalization policies of IOC.Both events require only one naturalized player over the age of 16 to participate in the competition,and the Asian Games also require a resident of the country for at least three years in order to obtain national citizenship.2.In the naturalization policy guidance,50 to seventy s,20 th century naturalized American basketball players in the Philippines,the Asian men’s basketball team has become the dominant,in the early 20 th century,west Asian men’s basketball team to domestication as the core of players broke with the rise of China and South Korea the situation of the men’s basketball team,at present,Asian countries the comprehensive use of naturalization policy,basketball level is increased rapidly,West Asia and East Asia have presented a balanced situation,promoting the overall development of Asian basketball.3.The Middle East,with its unique geographical location and rich oil resources,has become a powerful economic advantage,which has laid the material conditions for the naturalization of players and realized the naturalization of immigrants under the Gold and Yuan Policy.In the Far East region,the domestication of blood ties promotes the improvement of national team performance and the development of domestic basketball projects by actively domesticating mixed blood players in individual positions to make up for the shortcomings.4.At present,there is a big gap between the overall level of basketball in Asia and other regions.Men’s basketball team in 2019 World Cup,Asian countries"naturalization" is generally higher than players on the technical statistics,even in the comparision of the data of all the players in Asia "naturalization" individual single data also leading,Asia "naturalized players in the game rely more on personal ability to fight alone,lack of team cooperation,and not the overall level of the Asian basketball.There have been naturalized athletes in disadvantaged sports such as football and ice and snow in China and they have achieved some good results,which provides a feasible plan for the introduction of naturalized players in basketball.Through naturalizing excellent foreign players,the strength of Chinese men’s basketball team in some disadvantaged positions can be strengthened so as to improve the overall level of the team.
