Development Path Of Chinese Naturalized Football Players In The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

The revitalization of football is an inevitable requirement for building a leading sporting nation and an ardent expectation of the people.In order to realize Chinese Football Dream,China has implemented many football-related policies,one of which is the athletic naturalization introduced due to the continuous development of sports globalization.The naturalization of Chinese football has taken several years from conception to practice.Since the "first year of the naturalization era" of Chinese football in 2019,naturalized football players have received national attention,and the controversy they have generated has gone beyond sports to become a social issue.Chinese naturalized football players,shaped by the Chinese football eco-environment,form various symbiotic modes in the symbiotic environment in connection with the interests and information of the symbiotic units.The development of Chinese naturalized football players in the Chinese football environment is a matter of individual careers and team performance,as well as the sustainability of the naturalization policy and the future of Chinese football.This study takes the development path of Chinese naturalized football players as the research objective,takes symbiosis theory and typology of sport labor migration as the theoretical basis,integrates knowledge of sports management,sports sociology,and sports history,and uses methods of documentation,comparative analysis,and mathematical statistics to clarify the concepts related to naturalization and naturalized football players,analyze the current status of naturalization,take a historical perspective on China’s involvement in football naturalization and the development of Chinese naturalized football players.This study analyzes the symbiotic mechanism of the symbiotic system of Chinese naturalized football players from the three elements of symbiosis theory: symbiotic unit,symbiotic environment,and symbiotic mode,and summarizes the symbiotic experience of naturalized football players from the Asian soccer power Japan as an example of naturalization,so as to provide a practical path for the development of Chinese naturalized soccer players.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of naturalization and naturalized football players in China can be divided into four evolutionary stages:from the Far Eastern Championship Games to the early Olympic Games(1913-1948),from the founding of People’s Republic of China to the re-integration of CFA into FIFA(1949-1978),from the re-integration of CFA into FIFA to the introduction of the naturalization policy(1979-2016)and after the introduction of naturalization policy(2017-present).Each stage is closely related to the historical,political,and social context.There are important political considerations as China tentatively expands its ties with the outside world through the recruitment of naturalized football players,gradually enhancing its national sporting prestige and benefiting from the "bringing in".(2)Chinese men’s national football team,Chinese professional football leagues,professional football clubs,and homegrown players are the most important symbiotic units in coordinate symbiosis with Chinese naturalized football players,generating symbiotic relationships of supply-demand,complementarity and rivalrousness.Naturalized football players live symbiotically within the Chinese football eco-environment,which is still in its initial stage of development,and its socio-cultural,talent,institutional,and industrial eco-environment each have its own characteristics.but all have room for improvement.The symbiotic mode of Chinese naturalized football players and symbiotic units is far from the most ideal and progressive symmetric reciprocal symbiotic mode and integrated symbiotic mode.(3)The experience of Japanese football naturalization and Japanese naturalized football players reveals the applicability of symbiosis theory to football naturalization of our Asian neighbor,Japan.The symbiotic system in which Japanese naturalized football players are located has largely developed a symbiosis combination of reciprocal symbiotic mode and integrated symbiotic mode.This paper puts forward the following development paths of Chinese naturalized football players based on the research conclusions:(1)Cultivate symbiotic units to collaboratively improve the quality of naturalized football players and symbiotic units;(2)Optimize the symbiotic environment to create a good Chinese football eco-environment in all aspects;(3)Upgrade the symbiotic mode to evolve to a reciprocal symbiotic mode and integrated symbiotic mode.
