| This article analyzes the physical development of infants with different genders and different household registrations in Jinjiang City from 3 to 6 years old,and compares it with the national average level of infant physical development to understand the current status of infant physical development in Jinjiang;,Analyze the reasons,propose corresponding development strategies according to the existing problems and their reasons,and provide references for the development of kindergarten health education in the future.This article uses literature data method,field investigation method,interview method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to investigate the physical development of 3-6 years old children in Jinjiang City.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The height and weight of male young children are higher than that of female children in four age groups;the height and weight of young children in Jinjiang City are higher than the national average,and the age of 6 years is lower than the national average;local children and migrant children There is no obvious difference in morphological development.(2)The strength qualities,sensitivity qualities,and speed qualities of male infants are better than female infants,and they are inferior to female infants in terms of flexibility.Compared with the average national infant physical fitness index,the development of the flexibility and balance ability of infants in Jinjiang City is significantly lower National average;migrant children and local children show no significant differences in physical fitness development(except for very few age groups).(3)The detection rate of overweight and obesity among children aged 3 to 6 in Jinjiang City is at a relatively high level.The detection rate of overweight and obesity among male children is significantly higher than that of female infants.The overweight and obesity rate of local children is higher than that of mobile children,but it is not present there are obvious differences.(4)The main factors affecting the physical development of children aged 3 to 6 in Jinjiang are: irregular use of existing venues in kindergartens,inadequate physical education teachers,lack of systematic science in infant physical education courses,and lack of regular physical fitness testing of children.(5)The development strategies for improving the physical fitness of 3 to 6-year-old children in Jinjiang City are as follows: joint construction of homes to promote the healthy development of young children's fitness;kindergartens to develop their own physical education courses based on their own characteristics;Targeted development of regional sports activities;establishment of a database for the growth of children's physique;formation of a three-in-one development model for the investigation,guidance and evaluation of children's physical health;rational use of venues and improvement of equipment utilization rates;introduction of professional physical education teachers and regular organization of preschool teachers conduct specialized sports training,etc. |
