In recent years, with the deepening of higher education reform and the increasing intensity of reform, college teachers have obtained more development opportunities and rising space, but also have faced more pressure and challenges. In addition to the task of talents training, college teachers also need to complete scientific research tasks and teaching research tasks to improve their comprehensive ability.Dual-line tasks represent dual pressures, including pressures from various aspects such as job title promotion, performance appraisal, job appointment, social and environmental pressures.Young teachers, are the main reserve force in colleges and universities, and their lack of work experience and seniority accumulation are the main contradictions, resulting in high difficulty in applying for projects and great obstacles to the promotion of professional titles.Moderate pressure is the driving force for progress, which can play a positive role in promoting the growth of young teachers and the construction of the teachers’ team. However, excessive professional pressure combined with the lack of psychological counseling education will have an unrecoverable impact on the physical and mental health of young teachers, which will cause professional problems and form job burnout, leading to the lack of professional confidence, the loss of professional ethics, and finally affect the level and quality of talents training.Young teachers are facing heavy pressure. They have a full understanding of the phenomenon that they must put in extra effort to maintain their mental and physical balance when they have negative emotions caused by that the characteristics, requirements, expectations, and phenomena in the work environment are beyond the scope of their ability.Colleges and universities should strengthen ideological and political education and psychological counseling education for teachers, and improve reasonable management and incentive mechanisms to achieve the goal that more teachers can master reasonable pressure relief methods and relieve personal pressure,so as to better participate in the undertaking of higher education. |
