With the era of all media communication,the pattern of media ecology is facing a new shuffle.With the continuous iteration of mobile Internet technology,live,short video,social media and other new media have developed rapidly,and quickly become more popular and accepted by young people.With the rapid popularity of smart phones,new media is no longer exclusive to geeks,and its audience is no longer limited to young people.Under the impact of this wave,traditional media is facing an unprecedented crisis.The importance of traditional media practitioners in the social information production and distribution system is decreasing,and the income is also surpassed by the emerging media practitioners.Traditional media practitioners need to make changes to deal with this media change.TV program host is a profession that appears in front of the audience in traditional media.In the past,the host has a high degree of exposure.In today’s media ecology,due to the lack of power of TV media,the role of host is also facing the risk of marginalization.In such a change,we should pay attention to the status quo of the professional identity of the host,what kind of identity crisis they are facing,and how to deal with this crisis.Therefore,this study aims at the host group,to explore the influencing factors and reconstruction ways of their professional identity,in order to provide reference for the host group and media organizations,better deal with the media change,and further promote the professional identity research of this part of the group in the new period at the theoretical level.This study is divided into the following parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background,including the host transformation upsurge,the weakness of traditional media,the new requirements of the era of all media communication and technological change,and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this study,and reviews the relevant literature,and puts forward the research ideas of this paper;the second part,the main content We should find out the internal factors influencing the professional identity through interviews,mainly how the professional cognition affects the professional identity of the host,and find that the host’s career motivation out of love,the gap in professional cognition and the greater work pressure are all influencing the construction of his professional identity;the third part mainly discusses some external environmental factors leading to the host’s identity crisis,The fourth part mainly analyzes the key elements in the reconstruction of the host’s professional identity in the new era.The irreplaceable role of the host is the bridge,and the professional orientation is an important factor to maintain the continuity of the host’s professional identity reconstruction process Social support and opportunities in media change may play a positive role in the reconstruction of professional identity.At present,many scholars have paid attention to the professional identity of news media practitioners in the process of media change,but the related research focuses more on journalists,editors and other professions,and pays less attention to the host group.This study makes a preliminary discussion on the professional identity of TV presenters in the era of all media communication,and analyzes some factors that may affect the construction and reconstruction of the professional identity of TV presenters,so as to better help the smooth transformation of TV presenters in the media transformation and better play the role of traditional media in the era of all media communication.
