Gradually teacher education research change from train excellent teachers with competency identity to one of the key problems in the teachers’ professional development, student teacher strongly positive basis and premise of professional identity is good to be a teacher, the teacher in the face of career choice plays a decisive role, also is the teacher career the most lasting and stable source of power and the fundamental to prevent loss of teachers.The development of teachers’ professional identity in pre-service education stage, that is, from normal phase of teachers’ professional identity has gradually established, practice and the professional identity of teachers differs from that of in-service teachers’ professional identity, it is the key to the normal from the learners to become a formal teacher, is a student teacher professional awareness and experience for the future in advance. The discretion of the intern teachers’ professional identity, therefore, not only affect the student teacher career choice, and affect the level of teaching staff in our country, the stability and teacher professional development of teachers’ career, also has profound lasting impact. Positive strong professional identity can help student teacher to overcome difficulties and obstacles in bad working conditions, to maintain the student teachers’ professional will, to prevent its turnover intention, is the teachers’ professional development and excellent teachers team construction of lasting power.Accurate investigation practice, therefore, the teachers’ professional identity for education practice and teacher education, etc, to provide scientific basis, increase the benefit and value of school education, to solve the problem such as primary and secondary school teachers’ professional quality, professional burnout, guarantee the quality of teacher education in the future.On the basis of predecessors’ research results, this study built based on the analysis of multi-dimensional internship teachers’ professional identity framework, put forward a conceptual model, and an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, establish the student teacher professional identity scale to survey practice before and after practice the change of teachers’ professional identity, and through the interviews to investigate the influence factors of student teacher professional identity, found the practice after practice the teachers’ professional identity than before more active and strong social background, the change could be practice school organizational culture, student teacher individual factors, among them, practice key figures and practice key events obvious effects on the composition, therefore, the improvement of student teacher professional identity operational strategies are put forward. |
