Research On The Professional Identity Of Undergraduates In The Direction Of Sports News Communication In My Country

This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,and takes the educational transformation of sports news communication in the era of media as the main perspective and starting point to investigate the professional identity of students in the direction of sports news communication.This paper analyzes the general situation of the professional identity of undergraduate students in the direction of sports news communication in professional colleges and universities in China,and summarizes the factors that affect the professional identity of students in this direction.The results are as follows:In general,the undergraduate students in the direction of sports news dissemination have a general level of recognition of their own majors,a moderate level of recognition in the dimensions of professional cognition,emotion,and behavior,and a low level of recognition in the dimensions of professional relevance and specific situations.Among the specific problems,students have a basic understanding of their own professional learning and employment market,and lack of understanding of the historical background of sports journalism and communication disciplines;It has a good evaluation of its own specialty and believes that it can deepen positive feelings through continuous learning;Professional behavior is more active,attention is paid to practice neglect theory,and attention to sports news and professional books is low;The students 'personal character,specialty,thinking and their own professional integration degree is not high,and they do not know enough about themselves;Regarding the hardware and software configuration of the school,students are generally dissatisfied and there is a big gap between personal expectations;Students identify with the value of the profession while worrying that the profession will limit employment and feel confused about the employment prospects.Finally,the author found that the main factors that affect students 'professional identity are: Middle grade and school factors in demographic variables;Students 'individual professional course results and professional selection motivation factors;Curriculum,teaching methods,teacher allocation,and school facilities in school education;There are also material treatment,employment rate and media environmental perception factors in the employment situation.The professional identity of undergraduate students in the direction of sports news communication is not only a dynamic process of change,but also a complex and diverse factor that affects professional identity.In view of the current impact on the direction of students 'low level of professional recognition,It can be reformed from the aspects of students 'daily learning psychology education,vocational guidance education,school training model,curriculum flexibility setting,teacher team construction,school hardware and software facilities,and internship practice planning,in order to improve the professional recognition level of undergraduate students in the direction of sports news dissemination.
