| In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,a large area of transition zone of rural transformation into urban has emerged,which is what we call the urban-rural interface area.Although the area is close to the urban areas on the economic level,the ideological and cultural aspects have not kept up,making social conflicts in the area more prominent.Because of their special growth environment,junior high school students in this area inevitably have many problems,among which the relatively serious one is learning burnout.To study the causes of this problem,a questionnaire was developed from four dimensions: family,school,society,and individual,and combined with the Learning Burnout Scale for Middle School Students compiled by Hu Qiao and Dai Chunlin to assess the learning burnout of middle school students in four aspects: emotional factors,learning efficacy,teacher-student relationship,and physiological condition.Middle school X,located in the urban-rural interface,was selected as the research object and compared with middle school Y,located in the urban area.574 valid questionnaires were collected from the two middle schools,and the data collected were analyzed descriptively and significantly by SPSS21.0 software to study the current situation of learning burnout among middle school students in the urban-rural interface and the reasons for it.It was found that the overall level of learning burnout among middle school students in this region is higher than that in urban areas,and there are problems of serious loss of local students and complex causes of learning burnout;further analysis from the four dimensions of the questionnaire revealed that incorrect parental discipline,heavy academic burden and unreasonable setting of school activities,complex environment around the school,wrong view of money and abuse of the Internet are the the main reasons for this study.Based on the above reasons,this study proposes feasible strategies with certain targets from four aspects: family,school,society and individual.Firstly,we should optimize the family education environment,and provide a good family atmosphere for children,and strengthen the connection between home and school,change the concept of education,pay more attention to children’s education;Secondly,we should emphasize ideological and moral education to promote students’ overall development,reduce the burden of schoolwork,while strengthening the comprehensive quality of teachers’ training,enhancing the strength of teachers;Thirdly,we should strengthen the environment rectification and management,protect the external school environment with the help of government power,pay attention to the construction of spiritual civilization,eliminate the negative social and external influences on children,encourage private schools,and provide quality teaching resources;Finally,strengthen the inner heart,enhance guidance,use the Internet correctly,and pay attention to career planning to cultivate good psychological quality.This study tries to reassess the current situation of learning burnout in urban-rural interface areas,find the causes of its formation,provide more realistic and detailed information for researchers on related issues,and also provide reference suggestions and strategies for improving this situation. |
