Educational equity is the main content of education reform, and the narrowing differences between urban and rural areas is also a hot issue in the society gradually.With the deepening of the thought of lifelong physical education, people are aware of the importance of physical exercise.In particular, to cultivate the habit of physical exercise of students, to establish their awareness of sports learning,so as to develop students' learning ability.Through the study on the composition, characteristics, influencing factors and training strategies of sports learning ability.In order to further develop the students' learning ability and to reduce the differences betweeen urban and rural areas and to provide a basis for the theory and practice.The main research of this study is the main line of students' learning ability of the students' physical education learning ability.This study was conducted by the methods of literature,interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to field interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted in senior high schools in the urban areas and counties of Shanxi province.The purpose of the study is to analyze the differences between urbanand rural areas of Shanxi province high school students' PE learning ability.The results show that there is a significant difference between urban and rural high school students in Shanxi Province,and the city senior high school students' sports learning ability is significantly better than the county students' ability.Mainly in the four aspects of learning motivation, learning strategies, self management ability and sports learning environment.Education equity is an important content of the new curriculum reform, the study of the difference between urban and rural students' learning ability is of great signifinance to the development of education.According to the results of the survey, the following six suggestions:(1) to reduce the difference between urban and rural education, the realization of educational equity is still the focus of political and economic reform.The rational allocation of educational resources, the increase of teachers' strength, the tendency of educational policy, the improvement of the educational system and the acceleration of the integration of urban and rural areas will help to change this situation.(2) teachers in-depth study of students,understand the needs of students, interest in the creation of conditions to make the student's sports needs to be met, arouse students' motivation to learn sports.In the activities to enable students to obtain a successful experience, training a good sense of self-efficacy, and the results of the behavior of the correct attribution of education.(3) the teachers improve students' ability of using learning strategies through various teaching methods.Based on the content of teaching, teachers use appropriate teaching mode,mode of teaching, program training mode, Gestalt teaching mode,interactive teaching mode, cooperative learning mode is advocated in the new curriculum reform of new teaching mode, adopt(4)improving students' self management ability is the key point of developing the ability of Physical Education.Teachers either in the classroom or in my spare time, pay attention to training students to be positive and optimistic attitude towards learning, independent learning and conscious form good habits of physical exercise, good will quality, clarity of self perception and positive self evaluation of consciousness.(5) school, society and family should strive to create a good learning atmosphere.School organizes a variety of forms extracurricular sports activities, improve students' awareness of physical exercise;Society establish a perfect education system, and change the status of uneven distribution of educational resources effectively; harmonious family atmosphere is the basic guarantee for students to learn.(6) the organization to school education as the leading, with the power of social education, family education as the foundation of a good education. Three educational forces to coordinate, cooperate closely, and supervise each other.They are forming a comprehensive development of the students as the core of the educational power.
