With the rapid economic development,there are more and more "dualemployee" families.The problem of "3:30" in primary schools is a practical problem faced by many "dual-employee" families.In order to solve this problem,in February 2017,the General Office of the Ministry of Education proposed an important measure-to provide after-school services for primary and middle school students.The General Office of the Ministry of Education put forward this important measure,and it has basically covered all parts of the country.City M will fully roll out this benefiting activity in 2020.The service time is short and it is still in the exploratory stage.In the implementation process,it will inevitably encounter some problems and difficulties.Through a survey of the implementation of urban after-school services,Discovering the problems and finding some ways to solve the problems will be conducive to the continuous and high-quality development of after-school services.This study designed a questionnaire for parents and teachers of after-school services through literature review;Then a questionnaire was sent out to the parents and teachers of three primary schools in M city,and the questionnaires were sent to students,parents,teachers and schools.The management conducted interviews to understand the parents’ understanding and satisfaction with the after-school service,the teacher’s understanding and suggestions on the after-school service,the students’ learning situation,the problems in the after-school service development and the management’s confusion in the implementation;finally Through the analysis of the results,I tried to find a solution to the problem from both theoretical and practical aspects.The full text consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,This paper mainly introduces the background,theoretical and practical significance of the problem,the current situation at home and abroad through literature review,the definition of core concepts,research ideas and methods,etc.The second part is the survey on the implementation of after-school services in urban primary schools.Questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted on the implementation process of after-school services and policy guarantees.Investigate the time schedule,service content,teacher arrangements,fee collection and teacher treatment,etc.,to understand the true status of the current urban area to carry out after-school services.The third part is to analyze the problem and its cause.According to the survey and interviews,the following problems have been sorted out: First,the service time is single and the content lacks diversification;second,the teacher structure is single,and the enthusiasm is not high;third,the parents rely heavily on thought;fourth,the student body The status is hindered and the quality improvement is limited;fifth,the supervision and evaluation mechanism is not in place.The reasons for these problems are as follows: first,the relevant subjects do not have a deep understanding;second,the subject’s rights protection is not in place;third,the supervision system is not sound.The fourth part,in order to improve the quality of after-school service,combined with domestic and foreign experience,put forward the following countermeasures.First,the government improves the security system;second,schools take the initiative to take responsibility and actively carry out work;third,strengthen the construction of the teaching team,improve the quality of teachers;fourth,open up learning,provide rich after-school services;fifth,strengthen home The school communicates and participates in service work together.
