| Labor as an important part of comprehensive education for human development is a necessary path for students to grow,the implementation of labor education in China is carried out through curriculum.However,the labor education is still at the beginning stage in our country,though related contents and problems have been stipulated,those policies are mainly macroscopically and mesoscopically and a lot of microscopically related contents have not been brought up yet,plus the meaning,value and significance of labor education have not been instilled enough,that is why there exists a series of problems during the implementation of labor education curriculum,for example,“physically labor without education”,“pay more attention to labor rather than education”,“more labor than education” and “lack of examination and evaluation”.This article focuses on clearing out the value,meaning,formation of labor education,on top of the definition of labor education,curriculum,curriculum implementation,labor education curriculum implementation,uses questionnaires and interviews to explore the actual situation of the labor education curriculum implementation of SY Primary School in Gaoxin District,Chengdu,analyzes the existing problems and reasons during implementation based on the research results and analysis,in the end presents feasible and targeted suggestions in implementation.According to the situation above,this research takes “Tree planting” labor education curriculum at younger age in SY Primary School as an example,collects date through the methods of documentation,observation,interviews and physical collection.This article takes 15 on-duty teachers,830 students and 830 parents in SY Primary School as observation targets and distributes questionnaires.Collected materials include texts,diaries,compositions and pictures.Research contents are divided into 5 directions:cognitive situation of labor education curriculum,goal of labor education curriculum,contents of labor education curriculum,formation of labor education curriculum tutoring organization and evaluation of labor education curriculum implementation.On top of the analysis of these materials,the writer points out some problems that during the labor education curriculum implementation,students have simple labor education curriculum cognition,there exists variance between curriculum goal realization and actual curriculum and the curriculum contents depend on family too much.The analyzed related reasons are: Pay less attention to labor education;the lack of innovative labor education curriculum contents and so on.In order to enhance the quality of labor education curriculum and the effectiveness of implementation so that the labor education curriculum could be developed in long-term,presents targeted solutions and suggestions based on the above problems and reasons: change the idea of the labor education;strengthen the subjectivity and difference respecting of students;be more innovative at curriculum contents and so on. |
