| With the deepening of economic restructuring,China has put forward development strategies,such as building an innovative country and transforming and upgrading the industrial structure,to vigorously support innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the background of this era,the academic entrepreneurship of university teachers has attracted extensive attention from society,government and universities.In recent years,the state and universities have issued a number of policies to support the academic entrepreneurship of university teachers.However,the achievement conversion rate of Chinese academic staff is still low,and there is a gap with some developed countries.According to the survey,many university teachers have the intention of academic entrepreneurship.Unfortunately,most of them have not put into practice,which indicates that academic entrepreneurship does not necessarily occur with the intention of academic entrepreneurship.Through practical observation,we found that the university teachers’ professional development in school will significantly influence the academic entrepreneurship intend to behavior,a condition of teachers’ career plateau are more likely to create entrepreneurship,but does not necessarily produce completely the promoting effect of career plateau,real entrepreneurial behavior may be affected by the achievement motivation of university teachers.When university teachers encounter career plateau,teachers with high achievement motivation may choose academic entrepreneurship for the pursuit of ideal or higher demand.Therefore,it is worth studying to explore the influence of career plateau and achievement motivation on the transformation of academic entrepreneurial intention to behavior of university teachers.Based on the planned behavior theory,hierarchy of needs theory and achievement motivation theory,this paper focuses on exploring how career plateau and achievement motivation influence the transformation of academic entrepreneurial intention to academic entrepreneurial behavior of university teachers.The specific contents are as follows: First,this study analyzes the research status of academic entrepreneurial intention,academic entrepreneurial behavior,career plateau and achievement motivation through previous literature review and sorting.Secondly,based on the existing theories of entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the relationship between academic entrepreneurial intention and academic entrepreneurial behavior,constructs a joint moderating effect model,introduces career plateau and achievement motivation as moderating variables into the model,and puts forward the research hypothesis of this study.Thirdly,this study conducted a preliminary test on the rationality of the questionnaire through investigation,so as to make preparation for the formal questionnaire survey.In the research process,the four research hypotheses proposed in this paper were tested by using reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other research methods.Fourthly,the conclusion and prospect of this paper are put forward according to the research results.The conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the academic entrepreneurial willingness of university teachers has a significant positive impact on academic entrepreneurial behavior.Second,career plateau positively moderates the relationship between academic entrepreneurial intention and academic entrepreneurial behavior of university teachers,and the career plateau situation of university teachers will promote the transformation of academic entrepreneurial intention to academic entrepreneurial behavior.Third,achievement motivation positively moderates the relationship between academic entrepreneurial intention and academic entrepreneurial behavior of university teachers,and the level of achievement motivation of university teachers will affect the transformation of academic entrepreneurial intention to academic entrepreneurial behavior.Fourth,the moderating effect of career plateau on the relationship between academic entrepreneurial intention and academic entrepreneurial behavior also depends on the achievement motivation of university teachers.With the enhancement of achievement motivation of university teachers,career plateau positively moderates the relationship between academic entrepreneurial intention and academic entrepreneurial behavior of university teachers. |
