| As a sunrise industry,snow-sport tourism is in the golden age of development.The improvement of national policy environment,catalyzed by events such as the Winter Olympic Games,regional economic transformation and development as well as the improvement of residents’ living conditions will all promote the rapid development of domestic snow sports tourism.As the demand for ski tourism continues to grow,tourists are demanding more and more about the quality of supply.It is the bottleneck for the development of snow sports tourism economy to meet individual needs and improve product experience quality.Consumer experience research on snow-sport tourism is a logical starting point for improving the quality of snow-sport tourism supply,innovating profit models,extending the industrial chain,and expanding the time and space of tourism activities.Use a specific perspective to measure the impact of various factors on tourists’ snow-sport tourism experience,and it is easier to understand the tourists’ own needs,so as to improve the snow-sport tourism products in a targeted manner,improve the level of snow-sport tourism experience,and realize the high quality of the snow-sport tourism industry development.This paper adopts qualitative and quantitative methods,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,and uses explanatory structure model to study the specific influencing factors of snow sports tourism experience and how they relate to each other.On the basis of reviewing the relevant researches and theories of skiing tourism at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of customer experience,tourism motivation,experience economy and so on.is explained,and the embodied influencing factors of snow-sport tourism experience are classified into three categories: body,cognition,and situation.Analyze seven specific factors influencing the experience of snow-sport tourism.Through empirical research,the following aspects are analyzed and researched on the survey data of snow-sport tourists: the demographic and behavioral characteristics of snow-sport tourists are analyzed,and the multivariate ordered Logistic regression is used to analyze the tourists’ snow-sport tourism experience embodied.Sexual influencing factors,it is concluded that physical condition,personal subjectivity,hometown customs,travel companions,service quality,scenic spot management,scenic environment atmosphere are all positively correlated with snow-sport tourism experience.Using the Delphi method to determine the relationship between seven influencing factors.Based on this,the relationship between the influencing factors is explored through the interpretive structural model method(ISM)method for short),and the concrete influence snow sports tourism experience.The factor explanation structure model is divided into three levels.The physical condition is the fundamental factor that affects the experience of snow sports tourism,while the service quality,the management of scenic spots and the surrounding environment of scenic spots directly affect the experience of snow sports tourism.Personal subjectivity,hometown customs,and travel companions are indirect Factors have an impact on the experience of snow-sport tourism,and the interaction of the three levels of factors affects the experience of snow-sport tourism.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions are made for the development of snow-sport tourism products,and the management and marketing of snow-sport tourism destinations from the three dimensions of body,cognition and context: pay attention to the specific needs of tourists,and refine tourism products around different types of people to improve Humanized tourism experience;popularize the concept of snow-sport for the general public,create a tourism atmosphere of snow-sport culture,and improve cultural tourism experience;improve the responsibility awareness and environmental atmosphere of scenic spots,to strengthen the construction of quality of service mechanism,human resource planning for service personnel,and pay attention to the environment of snow-sport tourism destinations Facilities construction and atmosphere construction create an immersive travel experience. |
