| The Yangtze River Delta City Group is the most developed region in my country with the most developed economy, the most talented people, and the most advanced industry. It is also one of the six world-class city groups. The floating population has played an important role in the urban construction and economic and social development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. However, due to the wage level and the household registration system,it is difficult to own their own housing in the inflow area. How to solve the housing problem of the floating population has become a long-term issue in recent years.Problems that need to be solved urgently in the triangle city cluster.Housing,as a basic need for survival,it is an important source of floating population to settle down in cities.Accurately grasping the floating space, structural characteristics and housing needs of floating population in the Yangtze River Delta region is an important prerequisite for formulating housing security policies in this region. This research focuses on the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations. It uses the data of China Migrant Population Health and Family Planning Dynamic Monitoring Survey(CMDS)in 2017 as the study sample. And it also focuses on the factors about floating population’s housing security in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.First,it explains the research background and significance, studies the domestic and foreign literature on the housing problem of the floating population, and makes a summary review.Secondly,it sorts out the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of the housing security of the floating population in detail.Provides a theoretical basis for the research on the influencing factors of this article. Then it also introduces the development status of the floating population’s housing security in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and analyzes the housing security’s problems of the floating population about relevant policies currently, housing purchase conditions and security supply. And then The necessity of further satisfying the floating population’s housing needs is put forward. Finally, based on the above analysis, the relevant data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are extracted and sorted from the CMDS,and four types of housing for the floating population are selected:renting government or unit security Housing, renting a private house, purchasing commercial housing, and purchasing affordable housing as dependent variables. The number of families living together, gender, age, educational background, matrimonial status, account type, company type, working status, monthly household income, and range of movement,The length of flow, the reason for striding and the willingness to stay in the city are set as independent variables, and a binary logistic regression model is constructed to obtain the specific degree of influence of each variable on the nature of each housing. The results of the study show that the significant factors affecting the rental of government or unit security housing include the number of households living in the same household, gender, age, marital status, employment status, average monthly family income, migration pattern, migration duration, migration reasons, and willingness to stay in the city.Significant factors affecting the rental of private houses include educational level, age, nature of household registration, employment status, employment unit, average monthly household income, mobility patterns, mobility duration, and reasons for migration.Significant factors affecting the purchase of commercial housing include the number of households living in the same household, education level, marital status, nature of household registration, employment unit, employment status, average monthly family income, mobility form, mobility duration, reasons for migration, and willingness to stay in the city.Significant factors affecting the purchase of affordable housing include educational level, marital status, employment unit, employment status, monthly household income, mobility patterns, and reasons for migration.Through comparison,it is found that employment status, average monthly household income, mobility patterns and reasons for migration have a significant effect on the housing security of the floating population. In this regard,in the short term,it is necessary to further expand the coverage of housing security and housing provident fund payment, increase government financial investment and provide multilevel rental housing. In the long term,it has proposed reform measures to achieve the mutual openness and classification of access to indemnificatory housing in urban agglomerations, solve the problem of housing security for the floating population, speed up the implementation of both rent and purchase and the same rights of rent and purchase and realize the transfer and use of housing provident funds in different places among the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. |
