Research On Influencing Factors Of Housing Satisfaction Of Urban Floating Population

Housing is the shelter of people,a basic living contentment and living space,and the basic living materials needed to live and work in peace.Housing satisfaction is to provide public services for the government on the housing to make evaluation,urban floating population which making great contributions to the development of cities,while urban housing guarantee satisfaction of the floating population may improve the level of urban public services and improve people's livelihood as well.Based on the above research background,this paper on the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,observation of urban floating population housing guarantee satisfaction of the current situation,using the Chinese Social Survey data in 2015(CSS2015)and Order Probit model to explore the influence the satisfaction of all kinds of factors,and further compares the different working conditions,housing type and habitat types of sample regression result,accordingly puts forward the improving strategies and countermeasures to perfect the housing security policy.The results show that: firstly,the current urban floating population has a good overall satisfaction with the satisfaction of housing security,and the overall satisfaction of housing security exceeds the average level.Secondly,due to family member's self-interest,not money,every is a member of the economic income,it weakens the family's overall welfare,the impact assessment for individual housing guarantee satisfaction.Thirdly,urban floating population residential satisfaction of professional type differences,as reference for an employment group,non-farm payrolls negatively compared to significantly influence the unemployed population,non-agricultural workers for housing guarantee satisfaction is lower.Fourthly,the housing security satisfaction of urban floating population is different from that of housing type and residence type.The proposed policy suggestions include: optimizing the household registration management system,creating a fair and harmonious social environment;expanding housing supply channels and guiding theparticipation of social capital;improving the housing rental supervision system,building a standardized market order;strengthening safeguards and human care,Help the floating population to establish a foothold in the city.
