Abstract/Summary:
Action-oriented teaching method,as a kind of training key ability and general ability,emphasizes that the teaching method that students adapt quickly can conform to the trend of social development and meet the teaching needs,but the action-oriented teaching method still has many problems in practical application.Based on this,this article takes the experience learning circle theory and constructivist theory as the theoretical basis,combined with domestic and foreign action-oriented teaching methods,and penetrates into the frontline teaching of customer relationship management courses in secondary vocational schools through observation methods,questionnaires and interviews.In order to find out the problems existing in the practical application of the action-oriented teaching method in customer relationship management courses,explore the causes of the problems,and provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the better application of the action-oriented teaching method in the customer relationship management courses.Through investigation and research,the action-oriented teaching method still has some problems in the six aspects of the application of customer relationship management courses.In the action information link,there are problems of monotonous and ambiguous requirements of action subtasks,and there is the problem of member participation in the process of action plan formulation.,In the action decision-making link,there is the problem of defects in the action plan,and there is the problem of the lack of necessary written records in the specific steps of the action implementation in the action implementation steps.Through single-factor analysis of variance,it is understood that students’ invariable factors will also cause differences in the satisfactory results of the application of action-oriented teaching methods.Among them,the acceptance of action-oriented teaching methods,the different sources of students,and the different use of multimedia contribute to action-oriented teaching methods There are significant differences in the impact of different application dimensions.In response to the above specific problems,it is proposed to enrich the sub-tasks of the action under the premise of fully grasping the students,strengthen external supervision and incorporate the data collection link into the evaluation system,adjust the action decision time and encourage students to actively seek help from teachers,emphasize the importance of written records and make corresponding columns.Corresponding to a series of targeted suggestions in the checklist,in order to promote the action-oriented teaching method to be better applied to the secondary vocational customer relationship management courses.
