| Situational simulation teaching method refers to the process in which teachers purposefully create a situation in the teaching process to arouse students’ emotional experience,and students simulate roles or positions with the help of simulation software,and then complete the skill training.The reason why situational simulation teaching method is different from other teaching methods is that it simulates the real environment,improves students’ professional level,and enables students to take initiative and improve their learning enthusiasm in the interactive learning environment.The training goal of secondary vocational schools is to cultivate skilled talents with comprehensive quality and high-quality workers.Therefore,it is very necessary to adopt situational simulation teaching method in the course of customer relationship management of secondary vocational schools.This article first to comb the theoretical knowledge,the scene simulation teaching method on the basis of this,six secondary vocational school of jilin province e-commerce professional student survey of customer relationship management(CRM),modern business vocational and technical school in C city electricity customer relationship management professional teachers to interview and classroom observation,understand the scene simulation teaching in customer relationship management course for middle school students study present situation,the teaching status quo and the existing problems,and cause analysis,finally according to the theory of constructivism and cognitivism learning theory as a foundation,This paper puts forward five practical Suggestions for the implementation of scenario simulation teaching method in the course of customer relationship management of e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools. |
