State-owned enterprises,especially centrally managed enterprises,are an important pillar of the national economy.With the rapid development of state-owned enterprises and the increasingly fierce market competition,human resources as the most important resources for the development of state-owned enterprises,planning and development has become increasingly important.Young people are the new force and backbone of state-owned enterprises,and their quality determines the success or failure of enterprises.At present,there are many problems in the development of young talents in state-owned enterprises,such as unclear career development plan,unimpeded selection and promotion channel,relatively backward training and development mode,lack of effective salary system and performance appraisal mechanism,which have become important factors restricting the development of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of young talents in state-owned enterprises is particularly important and urgent.This paper studies the development of young talents in SW company,which is of great significance for improving the human resource management level of state-owned enterprises,enhancing core competitiveness and realizing sustainable development.This study takes the development of young talents in SW Company as a case.On the basis of studying and studying relevant researches,this study adopts questionnaire survey,SPSS analysis method and literature induction method to carry out research according to the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems.The innovation point of this paper lies in the exploration and research of the development of young talents in railway enterprises.This paper summarizes relevant theories of young talent development,and analyzes the inseparable relationship between enterprise development and talent development based on human capital theory,competency model theory,learning organization theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.Through the company’s general situation,organizational structure,development strategy,corporate culture,equipment capacity,main economic indicators,young talent structure and young talent development status,a comprehensive display of SW young talent development status.From the four aspects of career planning,promotion,training and development,incentive mechanism to SW company young talent development status of diagnosis and analysis,find out the existing problems in human resources management and analyze the causes.From the four dimensions of career development planning,selection and promotion mechanism,training and development,and salary system performance assessment mechanism,the research on the rational development strategy of young talents in SW company is of certain reference value for the improvement of the management system of young talents in state-owned enterprises.
