The large state-owned enterprise is the important pillar of the national economyand the development of the society plays a very important role of the staff sports toenterprise.Staff is the corer of the enterprise, the physical and mental health isdirectly related to the enterprise’s economic culture construction. Understanding thepast and present development situation of the state-owned enterprises staff sports canbe more intuitived to see. the evolution of the state-owned enterprises staff sportstrend and the development direction, the sports employees enterprises played apositive role in the development of better and faster.This study through the literature material method, interview method, questionnairesurvey and other research methods,"three power"-Harbin boiler factory in Harbin,Harbin electric, Harbin steam turbine factory as the research object, the after thefounding of the people from now to the various stages of the staff sports exercise thecontent and form of characteristics and influence factors analysis, combing theevolution characteristics. This study the following conclusions:1the early years of the Republic, the national policy support and the sports facilityand gradually improve, the backbone staff sports development good,"Work breakexercises" has become the main content of worker sports exercise, but exercise isunified.2Cultural Revolution period, state-owned enterprise workers sport by the politicalupheaval, the staff sports was covered with political color, state-owned enterprisestaff sports organization is destroy, the staff sports work visible without real, sportsdevelopment workers of state-owned enterprises fall into the trough.3the beginning of reform and opening up, the staff sports development, the increasein staff exercise through reasonable arrangement time, the content of staff sportschoiceof more collective, fun and fitness, organization form is more humanized, workerssports extending to the community gradually.4state-owned enterprises reform stage, shortage of staff sports enterprise financialresources, material resources so that the contradiction between the demand andsupply of Workers Sports highlights.
