Research On The Influencing Factors Of College Students' Employment Quality

In recent years,the focus of the state on colleges and universities has changed from the increase in quantity to the improvement in the quality of education.Therefore,the employment quality of graduates attract more and more attention in our country.In this study,graduation orientation and salary grade have been chosen as the measure of the employment quality.Multiple logistic regression and decision tree C5.0 algorithm are used in this study.And it provides research theod to solve the problems of data storage and utilization,as well as the conflict between university and student needs and data supply.The main research includes the following aspects:(1)Collecting analysis data,pre-processing the sample data,and performing feature selection tests,screening and identifying factors that have a significant impact on employment quality;(2)Establish a multiple logistic regression analysis model,analyze the data,and explore the differences in the impact of different factors on the quality of employment;(3)Establish a decision tree C5.0 data mining model,use the identified influencing factors to forecast and analyze the quality of employment,and evaluate the model.Through analysis above,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,from the point of view of graduation orientation,the influencing factors include grade ranking,the highest level of scholarship,scores of CET-4 and CET-6,student cadres,participation in innovation and entrepreneurship activities,type of internship unit,location,political status,family economic situation,gender and college,but participation in minor / double degree and the number of days of internship has no significant effect on graduation.And from the perspective of salary grade,the most influential factors include the scholarship level,scores of CET-4 and CET-6,type of internship,number of internship days,location,political status,family economic status and gender but participation in minor / double degrees,participation in innovation and entrepreneurship activities,grade ranking and student cadres has no significant effect.Second,in terms of the mechanism of action,each factor has different effects on the Employment Quality and its direction of action.Students rich in human capital of knowledge acquired through school education more in higher education,employment in government agencies/ institutions/state-owned enterprises,and high compensation rates High;Students rich in human capital of Skills formed through extracurricular practices have a high probability of employment;Students with rich social capital are more likely to go to school,and are employed in government agencies/institutions/state-owned enterprises,and have a higher probability of receiving high pay;personal factors and school factors have an impact on Employment Quality.Third,through the decision tree C5.0 algorithm,an employment quality forecasting model was established.This study predicts graduation destinations and pay scales with an accuracy of over 80%,and draws and analyzes various types in the form of word cloud diagrams.Employment quality student portrait.The factors that play a major role in different graduation destinations and pay scales are also different,and there are substitution effects among different factors.The students who are employed in government agencies/institutions/state-owned enterprises acquire a wealth of knowledge human capital and social capital through school education.The students who are enrolled in schools are most affected by the family's economic situation and the type of internship units.Other areas also require certain capital;in foreignfunded enterprises,Students who are employed by private enterprises acquire knowledge through school education.Human capital is generally low.Social capital is lacking.Free and active students' human capital and social capital are both insufficient or lacking.They are also affected by gender and colleges.Highly-paid student human capital and social capital.All aspects have a certain amount of accumulation;students' social capital in the remuneration has accumulated;students with low remuneration have insufficient human capital and social capital.Finally,this study puts forward suggestions from four aspects: state departments,universities,college teachers and college students.
