In recent years,more and more companies involved in the integration,production and education in the army of university-enterprise cooperation.The development of an enterprise is inseparable from human resources,and improving the competitiveness of the employees is to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.The performance management of faculty members in school-enterprise cooperative enterprises is crucial to the long-term development of the company.Whether the staff can be retained,trained and achieved restricts the survival of school-enterprise cooperative enterprises,and also relates to the promotion of the policy of integration of industry and education.As a comprehensive education service provider,W Company has been engaged in the school-enterprise cooperation industry for more than 10 years,and has built a standardized service system from student entrance to export,including enrollment,courses,teaching and employment.The biggest cost of W Company is manpower cost.The premise of the company’s good reputation in the industry is the professionalism of its faculty members and their continuous efforts to the education cause.With the continuous development of the company’s business and the expansion of the teaching team,the problems in performance management gradually appear.Through questionnaire survey and employee interview,it is found that the faculty members of the company are not satisfied with the current company’s first performance management,and lack of direction and enthusiasm in their work.In the long run,it is not only bad for the development of the company but also hinders the personal development of the staff.Paper first related to performance management theory and research results at home and abroad were reviewed,some enlightenment.Secondly,this paper introduces W company’s situation,and the organization of the teaching department and human resources situation analysis.Through questionnaire survey,employee interview and other methods,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of the faculty members of W Company,and analyzes and studies the problems found.At the same time,it optimizes the performance management system of the t faculty members by using the objective management method,key performance indicators method,mandatory step-by-step method and 360-degree evaluation,and designs an optimization plan for the performance management of the faculty members.It includes three aspects:setting goals of performance plan,closing loop of performance guidance,staging of performance assessment and performance results.At the same time,it puts forward various guarantee measures to optimize the performance management scheme.Performance management is a systematic process.Scientific performance theory guidance and perfect performance management system design are the foundation stone for the establishment of effective performance management system.Effective performance management of faculty members,through the appropriate incentive mechanism,stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of staff to make full use of the internal resources of the organization and improve the ability and quality of staff,maximize the improvement of individual performance,so as to promote the performance of the department and the organization.For W Company,it has a positive significance to cultivate a group of people who understand education in the enterprise,and retain these talents to create more value for the enterprise.The conclusion of the study can be used as a reference for school-enterprise cooperation organizations like W Company.
