| With the renewal and progress of science and technology,with the rapidly development of economy,secondary vocational schools in China have formed a good momentum of development,which has played an outstanding role in promoting employment,promoting social and economic development,improving people’s livelihood and building a harmonious socialist society,and has become an important pillar to improve the competitiveness of the country.But in recent years,with the expansion of colleges and universities,the number and quality of secondary vocational school students have declined,which has had a great impact on the recruitment of secondary vocational schools.In response to these problems,the government has formulated some policy incentives,but the effect is not obvious.The embarrassing situation faced by secondary vocational schools is not changed,and the quality of students continues to decline,which has led to the closure of many secondary vocational schools in China.This paper is concerned about the plight of students and the decline in the quality of students.Secondary vocational schools should solve the problem of enrollment,which has important practical significance for the development of secondary vocational schools and national economic development.On the basis of collecting the relevant theoretical research results of students’ predicament,taking Shanwei secondary vocational school as an example,200 students were selected by sampling method,and the data analysis software was adopted to analyze the quantity,quality,structure,stability of students’ sources and the Countermeasures of teaching reform.The causes of students’ shortage in Shanwei secondary vocational school were analyzed and summarized.In the face of the plight of students,what measures should be taken to alleviate the difficulty of enrollment and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational schools in Shanwei City.This paper is divided into seven parts,the first is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,research status of secondary vocational education enrollment at home and abroad,and the relevant countermeasures of secondary vocational schools;the second chapter elaborates the basic concepts and research status at home and abroad,which provides the theoretical basis for this study;the third chapter analyses the current situation of students in Shanwei City,mainly introduces the theoretical framework of secondary vocational education;The number and structure of secondary vocational school students,the quality of students and the stability of students provide research guidance for the following analysis;Chapter IV carries out a cause analysis of the status quo of students in Shanwei City,respectively,from four aspects of national policy,social orientation,secondary vocational school itself and family factors;Chapter V puts forward the macro of improving the plight of students in secondary vocational schools in Shanwei City.Chapter VI draws lessons from the experience of other good secondary vocational schools and puts forward micro-countermeasures to improve the plight of students in Shanwei secondary vocational schools in view of the problems found in the survey,respectively,from improving the professional curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teachers,promoting the reform of teaching content and carrying out more.Secondary vocational schools should strengthen their own construction and enhance their own attraction in the aspects of running schools at different levels and strengthening joint training between schools and enterprises.Finally,the conclusion summarizes this paper and points out the future development direction of this study. |
