Children’s independent lunch is an important part of daily life in the kindergarten,it is a new form of "gamification of curriculum" in kindergartens,and it is also an important foundation to protect the physical and mental health of children.Implementing independent lunches in kindergartens can stimulate children’s interest in eating,awaken children’s awareness of self-management,and improve the ability of self-care,language,and social abilities.Therefore,the independent lunch has educational value that cannot be ignored.This study discusses three issues in general: First,what are the problems in the implementation of kindergarten independent lunch activities? Second,what is the effect of the kindergarten’s voluntary lunch activity? Third,how to improve kindergarten independent lunch activities?The thesis uses four methods: investigation method,observation method,case method,and literature method to conduct research.It uses observation record form,behavior checklist,interview outline,activity video as investigation tools,and systematic analysis of the collected materials and data.Identify the problems in the autonomous lunch activity,analyze the problems,summarize the reasons,and finally make reasonable suggestions for improving the quality of the kindergarten autonomous lunch activities.The survey found that there are three main problems in autonomous lunch activities.From the analysis of the implementation process of autonomous lunch activities: the creation of the environment is not perfect(physical environment,psychological environment,dining rules),and the teacher’s education method needs to be improved(education content,Language guidance,organization and management);From the analysis of the implementation results of the activities:the development of children’s abilities is weak and uneven,and the children’s emotional ups and downs in the activities are large.To address these issues,the researchers elaborated the reasons from three aspects: the main factor of education(infants),the dominant factor of education(teacher)and the auxiliary factor of education(garden,family,society).Finally,from three perspectives of kindergarten,teachers,and families,provide strategies,that is: the garden party must guarantee the system based on the correct concept and provide abundant materials;teachers must respect the differences of young children,and start from Colleagues work closely with each other to create a suitable material and psychological environment and create a layered autonomous lunch activity;the garden party must also cooperate closely with the family and society to organize parent open days and community activities,etc.Independent lunch activities.
