With the rapid development of my country’s economy and society and the iteration of tourism service products,the tourism industry has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive training and comprehensive quality improvement of tourism professionals in Guangxi vocational schools.In recent years,the country has promulgated major policy documents to promote the reform of secondary vocational education.The concept of secondary vocational education has gradually changed from the traditional vocational skill type to a new vocational education concept that emphasizes both professional skills and comprehensive literacy.The whole-person education thinking is at the right time,and it is constantly integrated into the new development and new requirements of curriculum ideology and politics and the optimization and reform of professional curriculum teaching.Taking the vocational tourism major as an example,"Tea Arts" is a major major course offered by the major of tourism.Relying on the profound historical heritage and spiritual connotation of tea culture,the quality education function of expanding tea skills courses is explored and the whole person education is implemented.The teaching philosophy complements each other.Tea culture education from the perspective of holistic education is still in the exploration stage.In the context of the new era,how can modern secondary vocational education enable students to improve their professional service skills while enhancing their overall quality and inheriting excellent traditional culture? What problems still need to be adjusted or optimized in the current implementation process of tea culture education for vocational tourism majors? How to better realize the education function of tea culture education? Therefore,it is typical and practical to explore the path and plan for integrating professional courses in vocational schools into whole-person education,which is also the origin of the research in this article.This research aims to deeply explore the connotation and educational functions of tea culture education from the perspective of holistic education,and rationally think about the compatibility between tea culture education and holistic education.In the form of field investigation,taking five vocational schools in Guangxi as the survey sample,in-depth investigation of the current status of tea culture education in Guangxi vocational tourism specialty,find out the current problems of tea culture education in vocational tourism specialty,analyze the causes,for The improvement and progress of tea culture education in vocational tourism majors can provide suggestions for reference.At the same time,I also hope to provide new ideas for integrating holistic education into the field of vocational education and integrating traditional Chinese culture into professional courses.This article is composed of six chapters,the main contents are as follows: The first chapter is an introduction,which clarifies the background and significance of this study,and reviews and reviews relevant literature at home and abroad,and clarifies the ideas,methods and innovations of this study.Adopt practical research methods and technical routes to build an overall research framework for this research.Chapter 2 related concepts and theoretical foundations,mainly defining the four core concepts related to this study,such as vocational tourism,holistic education,tea culture and vocational tea culture education,and elaborating the guiding role of this study,Marxist theory on the overall development of human beings,functionalist theory,and quality iceberg theory.The third chapter analyzes the compatibility of tea culture education and holistic education.Through combing and in-depth analysis of the connotation of holistic education and the connotation of tea culture education,the compatibility of tea culture education and holistic education is expounded.And that the concept of holistic education has guiding significance for the high-quality development of tea culture education.Chapter 4 The current situation and analysis of tea culture education in Guangxi’s vocational tourism specialty,through the use of literature methods,observation methods,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,combining quantitative and qualitative methods,the Guangxi vocational tourism professional tea culture The current status of education was investigated.The five major vocational colleges in different cities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the survey sample,from the tea culture education curriculum(tea art courses,industry inspections,second classrooms),tea culture education teachers(basic teachers,teacher training)Situation and teacher’s teaching level),tea culture education resource conditions(tea art training room facilities and equipment and tea art training room environment atmosphere)and tea culture education teaching evaluation(student cognitive interest,tea art teacher certificate acquisition,student comprehensive quality improvement)Investigate the current status of tea culture education in vocational tourism majors in various aspects.The survey found that the current development of tea culture education in the vocational tourism major in Guangxi has a positive side,but there are also some problems.This research finally analyzes the existing problems and attribution.Chapter 5: The development strategy of tea culture education in the vocational tourism major in Guangxi from the perspective of holistic education,which are proposed from three aspects: promoting the carrier construction of holistic education curriculum,optimizing strategies for tea culture education curriculum education,and improving the construction of tea culture education resources Strategies for improving tea culture education,step by step,interlocking.Finally,Chapter 6 conclusions and prospects.This study draws the following conclusions through analysis and investigation: First,tea culture education and holistic education are highly compatible in terms of affective quality,cultural confidence,humanistic literacy,aesthetic ability,temperament etiquette,physical and mental health,etc.Therefore,tea culture education The multi-dimensional educating functions carried by it are in line with the requirements of holistic education personnel training.Second,the survey found that the current tea culture education in the vocational tourism major in Guangxi has a positive side,mainly reflected in the change of teachers’ concepts,high teaching level,complete training facilities and equipment in the school’s training room,and the high rate of student tea artist certification..However,there are still some problems.The main reason is that the current tea culture education is still focusing on skill training,the lack of an aesthetic environment in the training base,and the insufficient structure of the teacher structure and the quality of the double teachers.The cause of the problem lies in the fact that the concept of holistic education has not yet effectively guided the curriculum construction,the unbalanced structure of the teaching staff,the inadequate teacher education and the academic foundation of vocational students.Finally,for the problems of tea culture education in Guangxi vocational tourism major,from the perspective of holistic education,the following suggestions are proposed: 1.Integrate the concept of holistic education into the teaching reform of tea culture education courses to enrich the curriculum carrier;2.From Tea art curriculum teaching,practical teaching platform,and second classroom activities propose optimization strategies for tea culture curriculum education;3.Starting from teachers and teaching materials,perfect the construction of tea culture education resources.And take Annex III and Annex IV as the practical support of the strategy recommendation part.And with the tea culture education program,lesson teaching design as the practical support of the strategy suggestion part.This research has certain practical significance and exploration value for strengthening the education goal of establishing moral education for secondary vocational schools,promoting the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional culture,promoting the comprehensive literacy of secondary vocational students,and cultivating high-quality people in line with front-line tourism service positions.
