| Culture is the blood of a nation and the spiritual home of the people.As the spiritual wealth shared by all ethnic groups in chinese’s traditional folk handicraft culture plays an important role in the formation of chinese excellent traditional culture in Guizhou;Promoting the inheritance and innovation of traditional folk hadicraft culture education with characteristics is of great significance to promoting the connotation construction and characteristic development of vocational schools in Guizhou Province,and improving students’ humanistic quality and technical skills.It is of great significance to construct the connotation of the development of culture and tourism industry in Guizhou province and the advantages of local cultural resources.Guizhou is located in the southwest of China.There are 55 ethnic minorities,of which 18 are living in the world.The strong ethnic customs have become the focus of promoting the development of cultural tourism industry.With the construction and development of Guizhou’s "major tourism and cultural province",the development of the original ecological ethnic cultural tourism oriented by tourism and cultural industry has gradually increased the demand for talents,and vocational education is based on the above background,the author carries on the reform to the characteristic elective course of traditional handicraft in the tourism specialty of secondary vocational school,carries on the empirical case study with the course of traditional handicraft in s vocational school,and puts forward the curriculum optimization plan for reference from the work process orientation Improve the personalized development space of secondary vocational school students majoring in tourism,enhance the research ability of traditional handicraft courses of teachers,improve the teaching quality of vocational education,and train excellent tour guides,interpreters and craftsmen for ethnic cultural tourism in Guizhou province.In this paper,througsh literature research,questionnaire survey,case study,observation and other research methods,guided by the work process,the characteristics of the secondary vocational tourism professional "traditional handicrafts" elective curriculum reform is studied in-depth.The introduction part mainly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the summary of the research,the definition of related concepts,the research ideas and methods,the research characteristics and innovation;the second part combs and discusses the work process oriented curriculum.In the fourth part,the curriculum system of S vocational school,which is a representative case of school enterprise cooperation,is selected to build its curriculum system.Based on the analysis of its current situation,according to the principles of work process oriented reform and the three steps of action area analysis,learning area determination and learning situation design,From the typical tasks,curriculum objectives,syllabus,curriculum content design,curriculum implementation to curriculum assessment and evaluation,at the same time,through the form of questionnaire and interview,from the three dimensions of teachers,students,enterprises to evaluate the effect of its implementation;the third part combs and summarizes the motivation of work process oriented curriculum reform,the importance of vocational education reform and the practice process.Part V: optimize the reform design for the characteristic elective courses of traditional handicrafts of secondary vocational tourism major and practice feedback,from the curriculum structure design,curriculum content organization,curriculum implementation,curriculum assessment and evaluation system,curriculum implementers and so on,the optimization reference scheme is proposed;the last part is theconclusion and prospect of the tourism specialty of secondary vocational school "traditional handicraft" characteristic elective curriculum reform prospects and the shortcomings of this paper. |
