Education is an important part of education.It is the basis of professional education,and is the cradle of artisans in all walks of life.Education focuses on the cultivation of students' practical ability,and requires students to adhere to the spirit of craftsman and strive for excellence in their skills.In the process of cultivating traditional handicraft talents,the master taught his disciples through the way of oral communication,and asked his disciples to adhere to the spirit of craftsmanship and strive for perfection.Modern industrial scale production severely impact the survival and development of the traditional manual mill,"DaGongChao" in traditional crafts heritage in the national minority community of the fault,the modern young people affected by the idea of "mainstream",is not willing to continue to learn traditional crafts,traditional handicraft culture destruction of ecological environment,natural inheritance model in traditional crafts dried up.Based on the traditional arts and crafts heritage innovation,perfect the modern construction of secondary vocational education professional demand,expand the traditional arts and crafts heritage,people need to develop regional tourism culture industry professionals need to,this study introduce secondary vocational education under the background of university-enterprise cooperation combining with professional construction inheritance innovation traditional arts and crafts.Using the literature method to clarify secondary vocational education,tourism handicraft design and production of professional,traditional arts and crafts,passing on innovation,cooperation between colleges,such as the core concepts,analysis related to the topic research status at home and abroad.Combing the traditional arts and crafts school education present situation and the difficult position,through the analysis of the personnel training goal and ways,secondary vocational education personnel training and traditional handicraft within high talent cultivation in particular,in school period of traditional education suitable for crafts innovation.Analysis of secondary vocational tourism handicraft design and production of traditional crafts heritage of innovation background,significance,necessity,the CIPP evaluation model,vocational education laws and regulations as the theoretical basis,to meet the needs of professional construction and traditional arts and crafts heritage innovation needs to establish evaluation index system,using expert scoring method,combining analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine index weight value,and this test case school travel handicraft design and production of professional traditional crafts inheritance innovation results.Spot investigation,using the method of observation and investigation method to comprehensively gather firsthand material,with the aid of EXCELL,SPSS software analysis data,through a comprehensive analysis of case schools the target construction,resource configuration and operation,evaluating the four dimensions of secondary vocational tourism handicraft design and production of professional traditional crafts inheritance innovation work puts forward opinions and Suggestions:(1)inheritance innovation target dimension,depth of enhancing university-enterprise cooperation,the implementation of "ordering" personnel training mode,implement modern apprenticeship training mode,practice the "engineering change" personnel training mode,the cohesion in vocational training talents;We will carry forward the allocation of innovative resources,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the construction of practical training bases,improve the openness of practical training equipment,and ensure
