Abstract/Summary:
Vocational education plays an important role in the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and secondary vocational education is the starting point and foundation of vocational education."Computer Graphics" is a professional basic course offered by secondary vocational schools.Its course teaching still follows the method of "teaching-demonstration-operation".It does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability and the teaching effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is an urgent task to reform the course of "Computer Graphics" and find a more suitable teaching method.In recent years,project-based learning method has been widely used in secondary vocational education,which has promoted the reform of secondary vocational education.However,how to design and select the project,how to formulate the project teaching implementation plan,how to construct the teaching evaluation system and other problems hinder the application of the project-based learning method.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the PBL so that its application can be put into practice.This topic first based on the questionnaire survey to understand the secondary vocational "Computer Graphics" curriculum teaching status.The feasibility of applying PBL to "Computer Graphics" is verified by the analysis of the survey results and the characteristics of PBL.Then,thecourse project is designed,including the selection and design of the project,the project teaching implementation plan,the teaching evaluation system,etc.This topic selects the gear pump as a comprehensive project,and the original gear pump structure is appropriately reformed to include standard parts,shaft parts,cover parts and box parts,covering the course content requirements.This project is divided into 10 sub-projects,and the knowledge points contained in each sub-project are related to each other.Students will master the basic knowledge and skills required by this course through the completion of the sub-project.At the same time,in the organizational form of project-based learning,the online and offline hybrid learning mode is introduced to assist the implementation of project teaching method,so that it runs through every link before,during and after class.Finally,a perfect teaching evaluation system is established to comprehensively improve teaching efficiency and effectiveness.According to the project implementation plan,the teaching experiment was conducted with the students from class 1 and class 2 of mechanical and electrical engineering in a school where the author practiced as experimental subjects,and the experimental results were analyzed and processed with SPSS software.It is found that compared with traditional teaching method,project-based learning method can obviously improve students’ ability to observe,analyze and solve problems.Let students learn to study andexplore independently,develop a good habit of learning;Effectively train students’ communication skills and teamwork spirit;Enable students to improve the enthusiasm of learning,learning a sense of achievement.
