Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s birth policy has gradually emerged,developed and improved in the practice of population control.It has experienced a tortuous development process from encouraging birth,to controlling birth and repetition,to limiting birth,to having two children alone and to having two children in an all-round way.The policy of "two children in an all-round way" is to adapt to the development of the times and the adjustment of population structure,and change the current situation of labor shortage and population imbalance in China.However,after the "two child" policy was introduced,it did not show the effect expected by experts,and the fertility rate still decreased year by year.The main reason for this phenomenon may be due to the low fertility intention of women of childbearing age.The employment discrimination of women of childbearing age has a long history.After the comprehensive two child policy,this phenomenon becomes more serious.The implementation of the "comprehensive two child" policy once again focuses on the employment discrimination of women of childbearing age.On the basis of ensuring the smooth implementation of the "two child" policy,it is of great significance to reduce the employment discrimination against women of childbearing age and solve the problems existing in the employment security of women of childbearing age,so as to promote the sustainable and stable development of society.This paper uses the knowledge of public management,combined with the relevant theories of sociology,Questionnaire,interview and binary logistic regression analysis were used,This paper attempts to study the impact of the implementation of the "two child policy" on the employment status of urban women of childbearing age in Jilin Province and the employment security.First of all,it analyzes the factors that affect the employment of women of childbearing age under the background of "comprehensive two child" policy;Secondly,from the aspects of national legislation,local policies and regulations,and social security,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the employment security of women of childbearing age in Jilin Province;Finally,in view of the current situation of the employment of women of childbearing age in cities and towns of Jilin Province,from the four levels of government,society,market and individual,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the improvement of relevant security measures.
