Study On The Coupling Relation Between Xinjiang Higher Education And Regional Economic Development

Higher education is closely related to economic development,and it is also one of the hot topics that scholars pay close attention to.Higher education plays an important role in training high-quality talents in the process of social and economic development.At the stage of rapid social and economic development and continuous improvement of the quality of national life in China,higher education has become an important part of regional comprehensive strength and an important way to provide talents for the development of regional economy.Over-development of higher education leads to a series of problems such as redundancy of human capital,difficulty in employment of college students and accumulation of talents.These problems lead to the waste of social resources and can not fully realize the effective allocation of human resources.The prosperous development of regional economy in Xinjiang has provided more resources for higher education and promoted the scale of regional development.In the process of literature reading,it is found that there are few literatures on the coupling relationship between Xinjiang’s higher education and regional economic development.From the number of literatures,the coupling relationship between Xinjiang’s higher education and economic development is not comprehensive enough,and needs further improvement and in-depth study.Through reading the relevant literature,combing and summarizing,it is found that China’s higher education has made great achievements in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.Higher education has gone through the stage from elite higher education,popular higher education to modern higher education.No matter from which point of view,the importance of higher education is very high.The better the development of higher education brings benefits to the development of regional economy,which promotes the improvement of living standards and human quality.In view of the above,the relationship between higher education and economic development is inseparable.Therefore,it is feasible to study the coupling relationship between higher education and economic development in Xinjiang.According to the analysis of existing research literature,it has certain value to study the coupling relationship between higher education and regional economy in Xinjiang.This paper combs the theoretical basis,constructs a reasonable research index system,calculates the weight of the index by the objective research method of entropy method,calculates the coupling coordination degree of the two systems on the basis of the weight,and predicts the coupling degree according to the calculation results.Therefore,in order to accelerate social and economic development and give priority to promoting higher education,we should first increase government investment in public service facilities,introduce high-tech talents,and increase education funds.This paper systematically studies the degree of coupling and coordination between higher education and economic development in Xinjiang,summarizes the above literature and methods.According to the existing research,there are some shortcomings.It is necessary to enrich coordination measurement methods,improve the comprehensive evaluation index system,and provide a research basis for future research.
