Study On The Adaptability Of Population Employment Structure And Economic Development In Xinjiang

China's abundant labor resources have reserved enough labor supply for economic development,but also brought considerable employment pressure to the society.In contrast,the employment population in Xinjiang is one of the weaker groups among the large population in our country.Employment problem is more prominent than other provinces and regions,and it is also paid more attention by the government and society.Population employment is a key issue in economic development,and has always been a hot issue of concern to all countries in the world.Reasonable employment structure can promote the balance between supply and demand of labor force and the rapid development of social economy.In the past decades of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.With the national attention and deep concern,Xinjiang's economy has also made unprecedented development.However,the consistency of economic development and employment structure is not ideal,which affects the quality of Xinjiang's social and economic development and future economic growth.Faced with this new economic form,the adaptability of employment structure and economic development is more important.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coordination of employment structure and economic development in Xinjiang,reveal their internal links and find out the existing problems,and seek countermeasures for promoting population employment and economic growth.After analyzing the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper chooses the time series data from 1978 to 2017,uses descriptive statistics to discuss the current situation of industrial structure,employment structure and economic growth in Xinjiang,analyses the evolution of the three and reveals the relationship between them,then uses comprehensive evaluation method to standardize the data,calculates the entropy value and weight to get the result.The degree of coupling and coordination between industrial structure and economic growth.Through a series of calculations,the coordination degree between employment structure and economic growth in Xinjiang is analyzed.The study finds that the coupling degree between employment structure and economic growth in Xinjiang has been rising slowly since 1978,but the degree of coordination is not particularly ideal.As of 2007,it belongs to the antagonistic coupling section.During 2008-2017,the coupling degree has crossed the first level and turned into running-in coupling.This shows that the relationship between employment structure and economic growth in Xinjiang has become closer and closer.There is a complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship,which has the regularity of synchronous development.The degree of coupling and coordination between the two has changed from the serious imbalance in 1978 to the coordinated development in 2017,which indicates that the comprehensive development level of employment structure and economic growth is optimizing,while the employment structure has been lagging since 2010.
