With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the continuous progress of the times, women’s status in the society has been continuously improved. From the family to the workplace, they have gradually become a group that cannot be ignored in social development. However, due to the influence of traditional culture and ideology such as "male outside, female inside",the division of labor and gender consciousness in modern society seems unequal.Women not only need to achieve self-pursuit in the workplace, but also meet the social expectations of the family. In this context, women often face the dual dilemma of work-family conflict. In addition, the opening up of the comprehensive two-child policy has made women in a dilemma in their work and family responsibilities and investments.Existing research proposes solutions from national policies and psychological interventions, but it lacks accurate analysis and intervention of individual specificity and group universality. From the perspective of corporate social work, this study explores the feas ible ways for social work to intervene in professional women’s work-family co nflict by taking female employees of Y Media in Wuhan as a survey object.B ased on the localized translation of Carlson’s Work-Family Conflict Scale, infor mation on work-family conflict was collected based on the three dimensions of time, stress, and behavior, and a total of 171 valid questionnaires were obtained. At the same time,semi-structured interviews were used to conduct in-depth inter views with six women in different positions.First, the actual situation of work-family conflicts of female employees in Wuhan Y Media Corporation is analy zed.Based on the role theory, the causes of work-family conflicts are analyzed from two aspects: family roles and work roles. Finally, according to the work-family boundary theory, the path of social work intervention for professional women’s work-family conflict was explored from the three levels of micro,me so and macro.I hope that through the joint efforts of individuals, families, bus inesses and society Provide a good social environment for the development of professional women. The study believes that social work involvement in the female company’s work-family conflict in media companies can be carried out at three levels, namely, the micro-level boundary surpassers, the meso-level and macro-level boundary defenders. At the micro level, according to the results of the questionnaire survey and analysis, social workers should start from the two dimensions of professional women’s family roles and work roles, and use case and group social work methods to help women clarify their subjective consciousness, understand their own needs, and adjust their mentality,Reasonably plan time and space, create personal pressure rules and emphasize the consciousness of men returning to the family. At the meso level, social workers are required to focus on communities and companies, and help women develop better by integrating multiple resources, establishing corporate culture, and building social support networks. At a macro level, social workers should promote theconstruction of a social policy system that is conducive to the development of professional women from the perspective of advocates and researchers. In addition, the transformation of social concepts, gender awareness, and the organization of professional social work personnel are also particularly important.
