Research On The Measurement And Impact Mechanism Of Citizenization Ability Of Agricultural Transfer Population

In the new era,promoting the high-quality development of urbanization is an important driving force for China’s socialist modernization and the only way for the country to achieve basic modernization.Agricultural transfer population is a special group appearing in the process of economic and social structure transformation in China,which has become an important force to promote China’s industrialization and urbanization.However,for a long time,agricultural transfer population has been regarded as a marginalized group,and has fallen into the dilemma of strong willingness and weak ability to citizenization.Therefore,deepening the concept of citizenization of the agricultural transfer population,analyzing the influencing factors and mechanisms of the citizenization ability of agricultural transfer population from the perspective of endogenous capital,and exploring the ways to improve the citizenization ability of agricultural transfer population,has great significance for realizing new-type urbanization,high-quality development in the new era and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nationBased on the heterogeneity of the labor transfer population,this paper studies the endogenous capital of agricultural transfer population from a three-dimensional perspective of human capital,social capital and personality traits;based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the citizenization ability of agricultural transfer population is divided into economics integration ability,psychological integration ability and future development ability.Furthermore,the structural equation model is used to analyze the influencing factors and influence paths of the citizenization ability of agricultural migration population,and to measure the citizenization ability of the sample agricultural migration population based on the empirical analysis results.Finally,exploring the path of improving the citizenization ability of agriculturaltransfer population from the perspective of endogenous capital,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for related policy making.The results show that human capital has a significant positive impact on the economic integration capacity and future development capacity of agricultural transfer population,especially training and education.Social capital and personality traits have significant t positive impact on the psychological integration capacity and future development capacity of agricultural transfer population,especially the depth and quality of social capital,the extraversion and agreeableness of personality traits.However,the human capital of agricultural transfer population has no significant effect on the psychological integration ability.In addition,the social capital and personality traits have no significant effect on the economic integration ability.Based on the results,this study puts forward the following policy recommendations: First,strive to improve the human capital of agricultural transfer population,build a professional and diversified vocational skills training system,and focus on improving the education and health of the agricultural transfer population.Secondly,promoting the expansion,deepening and quality of the social network of agricultural transfer population,and helping them to establish extrovert and pleasant personality traits;actively promoting the diversified subjects,like enterprises,community centers and social organizations,to help agricultural transfer population cultivate social capital.Thirdly,government and enterprises should strengthen their psychological care for the agricultural transfer population,pay attention to their sense of trust,fairness and integration in working and living in cities,and continue to promote equalization of public services.
