| With the development of market economy,marketing has penetrated into all aspects of social production and life.The marketing major of secondary vocational school is an application-oriented major with comprehensive and practical characteristics,which shoulders the responsibility of training skilled talents.Implementing workplace simulation teaching in marketing major helps students apply theoretical knowledge to the real work world,adapt to the transition from school to the workplace faster,and meet the labor market’s demand for marketing talents.This research has carried out an in-depth investigation and analysis of the workplace simulation teaching of marketing major in secondary vocational schools in Kunming,which is divided into five parts.The first part reviews the existing research on workplace simulation teaching at home and abroad,and comes up with the theoretical and practical significance of the study.The second part constructs the theoretical framework of workplace simulation teaching,explains the connotation,dimensions and theoretical basis of workplace simulation teaching,and analyzes its characteristics and types.The third part is a survey of the current situation of workplace simulation teaching of marketing major in six secondary vocational schools in Kunming.It is found that students are less satisfied with current situation of workplace simulation teaching,and the five dimensions from high to low are: teachers’ guidance,real work tasks,role-playing,students’ self-regulated and self-directed learning,and the creation of workplace simulation teaching environment.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of workplace simulation teaching.It is found that there are some problems,like the inappropriate creation of the workplace environment,the shortage of teachers’ skills in the workplace simulation teaching and the lack of students’ participation in the workplace simulation teaching.The influencing factors are as follows: the lack of school workplace simulation teaching conditions,the restriction of teachers’ workplace simulation teaching concepts and knowledge,and the lack of students’ workplace simulation teaching preparation.The fifth part proposes countermeasures and suggestions for marketing simulation teaching in secondary vocational schools from three perspectives of optimizing workplace simulation teaching environment,standardizing the procedures and methods of teachers’ application of workplace simulation teaching,and improving students’ participation ability in workplace simulation teaching. |
