| In the 1930 s,Martin Heidegger proposed that the essence of the present age was “the image age of world”.Time and space moved to China in a new century,the rapid development of digital media and Internet has greatly promoted the spread of images.In the image era,Heidegger’s prophecy was further confirmed.The rise of new media represented by the Internet has created conditions for the generation,conception and dissemination of image narratives,and provided a platform for the subject of ideological and political education to contact,select and analyze image narratives.Image narrative is essentially an imagery practice in the visual representation system.It contains many hidden and unobtrusive cultural systems,behavioral patterns and ideologies.The visual culture with image narrative as the carrier is fully immersed in daily life,and grows wildly in a relatively loose modern cultural soil,imperceptibly affects social values and moral ethics.Based on the above,it is necessary for ideological and political education to pay attention to the visual culture which is the contemporary dominant culture,and explore the new form of ideological and political education—image narrative of ideological and political education.From semantic perspective,image narrative of ideological and political education is a compound word,which combines the basic connotation of “Ideological and Political Education” and “Image Narrative”.Its extension includes pictures,images,scenes that contain the value of ideological and political education.It has the basic characteristics of the unity of metaphor and symbolism,the unity of intuition and ambiguity,and the unity of universality and equality.Image narrative of ideological and political education is not without bases.The theory of visual culture,the theory of ideological concretization and the theory of visual communication have confirmed the rationality of it at the theoretical level.The landscape change of social development,the visual turn of subject cognition and the technical supply of visual images have made clear the inevitability of it at the practical level.It is not difficult to find that it has positive and negative duality by analyzing image narrative of ideological and political education with dialectical thinking.On the one hand,the intuitiveness,vividness and experientiality of image narrative are conducive to promoting the visualization of ideas,enhancing the theoretical attraction,enhancing the permeability of education.These factors promote the modern development of ideological and political education.On the other hand,the representation,fragmentation and entertainment of image narrative may leading to superficialization of thinking,decentralization of value,and spread of erroneous ideological trend.These are contrary to the transcendent value of ideological and political education,and will hinder the realization of ideological and political education goals.Faced with the irreversible visual cultural torrent of the image era,on the basis of accurately understanding the connotation,basis and duality of image narrative of ideological and political education,reasonable routes should be mastered.It is necessary to grasp the correct strategic essentials to clarify the direction of the use and development of image narrative in ideological and political education.We should adhere to the principle of following the trend,applying moderately,preventing and managing.Through these measures to promote the popularization of ideologies and theories,adhere to the main position of ideological and political education,and accumulate the positive energy of image value.At the specific application level,we must choose effective implementation ways,start from the human element,environment,content and other aspects,cultivate the visual literacy of educators and educatees of ideological and political education,expande the table field of the image of ideological and political education and construct the content system of it.Through the above measures,we hope that the important value of image narrative of ideological and political education can be better demonstrated and the innovative development of ideological and political education in the image era can be promoted. |
