Research On The Transformation Of Ideological And Political Education Discourse In Colleges And Universities In The New Period

In the new period,ideological and political education discourse in Colleges and universities has developed well and achieved remarkable results,but there are still the current situation and problems of "aphasia" and "failure" in practice.In order to solve the existing discourse problems in reality,the need for ideological and political education discourse system and expression transformation is still very urgent.The realization of Education in Ideology and Politics discourse conversion is not only to solve the inherent contradictions of Ideological and political education,to promote the construction and development of Ideological and political education,but also conducive to out of the plight of weak and negative discourse transmission,to promote educators and educational objects to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,thereby enhancing the cultivation of people in Colleges and universities.Only then can we achieve the basic task of moral values establishment and people cultivation.In order to further improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education discourse,the research on discourse transformation draws on literature research,comparative analysis,observation and experience and other methods.On the basis of referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature materials and learning about discourse of national leaders,domestic and foreign thinkers,experts and scholars,the relevant concepts of ideological and political education discourse are clarified,the theoretical basis of discourse transformation is sorted out,and the necessity,principle and basis of discourse transformation are explored.Through the comparative analysis of typical cases of discourse transformation in different historical periods,this paper focuses on the exploration of the achievements,problems and causes in the process of discourse transformation of ideological and political education in the new period.This paper tries to put forward the methods and approaches of ideological and political education discourse transformation in colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of educational objects.There are still many problems in the process of ideological and political education discourse transformation in colleges and universities in the new era,such as the lack of consensus between educators and education objects;the theoretical discourse fails to interpret the vivid real life;indoctrination is the main form of discourse that lacks two-way interaction;the subject function of the education object exerts insufficient and so on.The causes can be roughly summarized as follows: the differences between the discourse symbol system and life experience of educators and educational objects,the insufficient depth of discourse interpretation in real life,the negative effect caused by the appropriateness deviation of discourse form transformation,and the mutual separation of the two sides of education.Based on the educational objects,this paper explores the methods and approaches to the transformation of Education in Ideology and Politics discourse from the perspective of the causes of the problems.Expand the discourse common domain of educators and educational objects,adhere to the reality,go deep into college students’ life,and grasp their living habits,thinking mode and ideological changes.Educators’ discourse should transform from textbook discourse to teaching discourse,and express abstract and profound thoughts and theories in appropriate,accurate and easy-to-understand teaching discourse.The content of the discourse should be transformed from elitism to popularization,that is,from the standpoint of the masses,it should have the thoroughness of the theory,and pay attention to the thoughts of college students.The form of discourse transforms from single to diverse,insisting on the unity of unity and diversity.Only by studying the transformation of ideological and political education discourse,and further exploring the rules of the development of ideological and political education discourse,can the mainstream ideological discourse system with Chinese characteristics be constantly improved.
